How to sell more tickets: tracking links, partners, coupons and invitations
Marketing you cannot measure cannot be improved. These are the tools that turn every channel into a number.
Short answer
Give every channel its own link, see which channel actually brought buyers, then double down on what works. Channels you do not measure cost you money and teach you nothing.
A tracking link per channel
Each event can have a separate short link for each channel: an Instagram account, WhatsApp messages, an influencer, an ad. For every link you see clicks and tickets sold, so you stop the weak channel and fund the strong one.
The partner programme
Someone promotes your event with their own code and earns a commission on every ticket sold with it. You set the rate and the partner gets a dashboard of their earnings. It suits influencers and groups with repeat attendees.
Coupons and promotions
A discount code limited by uses or date, or a promotion on a specific tier. Tie the discount to a goal: early sales, or a tier that has not sold.
Private invitations and hidden-tier links
Events for a limited guest list are sold through private links that do not appear in the public listing, and invitations sent from a spreadsheet so each guest receives their own ticket link.
WhatsApp campaigns
Messages to customers who agreed to receive them, using approved templates. Never message people who did not opt in.
Frequently asked
Can I see which channel brought the most sales?
Yes, each tracking link has its own clicks and sales.
Is the partner commission taken from my share?
It is calculated on the sales made with their code, and the total appears in your reports.
