Administrative Fees
5% of the price of each ticket paid and each shipping of points tickets, before tax. The property chooses to pass it on to the buyer or carry it, and swipe is the recommended setting.
Payment Fees
mada 1.5% no flat fee (cheaper than the market for any payment less than SAR 200) · Visa/Mastercard 2.75% + SAR 1.
App notifications
Free marketing or alert campaigns for the establishment's followers and buyers on the Najdul application: 4 per month in "Nomu" and "Professional Business", and 8 in "Professional" and "Institutional Business". Do not migrate, and with a weekly limit per user that protects your audience from disturbance.
WhatsApp Wallet
Charged by the owner of the establishment or event: 0.5 SAR per message before tax. In business packages, a message with each ticket is included in the balance.
Optional services for the buyer
WhatsApp reminder reduces absence from appointments, and a refund guarantee encourages the hesitant to buy. The buyer chooses it at checkout, and your prices and sales remain the same.
Refund Guarantee
If the circumstances of the buyer who chose the warranty change, the date of the ticket will be adjusted or its original value will be returned to him with a single click. The amendment keeps the seller and the customer with you instead of losing them.
Points Tickets
Alternative RFID cards for electronic games: point = 1 riyal.
Loyalty and White Label
Two annual add-ons of SAR 1,599 each, before tax. White Label: Your colors and logo on the booking page, ticket, and Apple Wallet. Both are free on Professional and Business Founder with an annual subscription.
Annual Subscription
Price = Monthly × 12, and the full year balance is available from the first day.
Extra Ticket Shipping
The customer writes the number and a separate invoice is issued for the price of his package, with a minimum of 100 tickets.
Fee Policy
All Nazdul fees are non-refundable: subscription, shipping, administration fees, refund guarantee, reminder, wallet, loyalty, white label, payment fee.
