The Saudi Collectors Fest

1. General Event Policies Saudi Collectors Fest is a family-friendly collectors event dedicated to trading cards, collectibles, figures, comics, toys, gaming items, electronics, and related merchandise. All attendees, vendors, sponsors, and staff must comply with Saudi regulations, venue rules, and event policies at all times. The event organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any individual or booth that violates these rules, without refund. Event access is limited to official operating hours unless prior written approval is granted. 2. Admission & Attendee Rules A valid ticket or official event pass is required for entry. Children aged 10 years and under enter free when accompanied by a ticket-holding adult. Wristbands or passes must be worn and visible at all times. Re-entry is permitted only with a valid wristband or badge. Any disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate removal from the event. 3. Vendor & Exhibitor Participation 3.1 Booth Allocation & Setup Booth locations are assigned by the organizers and may not be changed without approval. Vendors must adhere to assigned setup and teardown times. Failure to set up on time may result in loss of booth access without refund. Booth sharing, subleasing, or transferring space without approval is strictly prohibited. 3.2 Merchandise Guidelines Only approved collectible-related merchandise is permitted. Prohibited items include: Counterfeit or unauthorized goods Illegal, stolen, or restricted items Offensive or culturally inappropriate materials Vendors are fully responsible for the authenticity and legality of their products. 3.3 Sales & Payments Vendors are responsible for their own payment systems. Prices must be clearly displayed. The organizer is not responsible for sales disputes, lost revenue, or customer transactions. 4. Branding, Promotion & Marketing Event branding may not be altered or misused. Vendors and sponsors are encouraged to promote their participation and tag official event accounts. The organizer reserves the right to capture photo and video content during the event for promotional purposes. Independent promotions, raffles, or giveaways require prior approval. 5. Sponsorships & Giveaways Sponsored activations and giveaways must be approved in advance. Giveaway mechanics must be clear, fair, and compliant with local regulations. Sponsors are responsible for delivering agreed prizes. Failure to meet sponsorship obligations may affect future participation. 6. Safety, Security & Conduct All bags, boxes, and items may be subject to security inspection. Emergency exits and walkways must remain clear at all times. Dangerous or prohibited items are strictly forbidden. All attendees and vendors must follow venue and staff instructions during emergencies. 7. Damage, Loss & Liability Vendors and attendees are responsible for their personal belongings and merchandise. The organizer is not liable for loss, theft, or damage. Any damage caused to the venue or property will be charged to the responsible party. 8. Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Ticket exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to organizer approval. Exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the reason provided. Approved exchanges may only be applied to a different event date, subject to availability. Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred to another person or event. Vendor tables, sponsorship packages, and exhibitor bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, unless explicitly stated in writing. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for no-shows or early departure. 9. Photography & Media Consent By entering the event, all attendees consent to photography and videography. Captured content may be used for marketing, promotional materials, and future events without compensation. 10. Final Authority The organizers reserve the right to amend these rules at any time. Any situation not covered in this document will be handled at the discretion of the event management. All decisions made by Saudi Collectors Fest organizers are final.
