Terms & Conditions – Ramadan Iftar Buffet | Ain Zubaida Ticket & Entry The ticket is electronic (QR) and valid for one person unless stated otherwise. The ticket must be presented at entry; an ID may be requested to verify ownership when needed. Entry will be denied if the ticket is invalid, previously used, or tampered with. Purchasing the ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Entry Time & Capacity Guests must attend on the date/time shown on the ticket (if time-slotted). The organizer may regulate entry based on capacity and requirements; entry may be temporarily delayed to ensure safety and service quality. Re-Entry Re-entry is allowed on the same day only, subject to the approved process (e.g., stamp/wristband/re-scanning) and within venue capacity. The organizer may temporarily suspend re-entry if capacity is reached or for operational/security reasons. Children Children aged 5 and under: free entry. Above 5 years: a valid ticket is required. Children remain the full responsibility of their guardians throughout the visit. Conduct & Safety Any offensive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior is strictly prohibited. Guests must follow designated paths and must not access restricted areas or damage facilities. The organizer/security may remove any violator without refund or compensation. Security Check & Prohibited Items Security screening may be required at entry in accordance with regulations. Prohibited items include: dangerous/sharp objects, fireworks, weapons, items prohibited by law, or anything that may threaten safety. The organizer may refuse entry of any items deemed inappropriate. Photography Personal photography is allowed unless prohibited in specific areas. Commercial/professional filming requires prior written approval from the organizer. On-Site Content & Services Buffet service is subject to venue organization and capacity; some stations may require waiting depending on demand. Any additional purchases (if available) from booths/stalls are the responsibility of participating vendors; the organizer is not liable for vendor products/services. Changes / Cancellation / Force Majeure The organizer may adjust operating hours, entry management, or buffet content as needed. In case of cancellation, emergency closure, or force majeure (official directives, weather, security/operational developments), handling will follow the refund policy below in compliance with applicable regulations. Refund & Exchange Policy (Strict) Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable after purchase for any reason, including no-show, late arrival, or change of mind. The only exception: if the event is fully cancelled by the organizer, refunds will be processed via the ticketing platform mechanism (platform/service fees may be non-refundable as per platform policy). All refund requests must be submitted through the ticketing platform only; requests outside the platform will not be accepted. Limitation of Liability Attendance is at the guest’s own risk, and guests must follow all safety and staff instructions. The organizer is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Guests are responsible for their health conditions and food allergies; please check ingredients with the service team when needed. Privacy Purchase data is processed in accordance with the ticketing platform’s privacy policy and applicable regulations.
