Ticket or Reservation Validity The ticket or reservation is valid only for the specified date and time and cannot be used at another time unless approved by the venue management. 3. Entry and Ticket Verification The electronic ticket or reservation code must be presented upon arrival for verification before being allowed to use the games or facilities. 4. Reservation Time Commitment Guests are required to arrive before the reservation time. In case of late arrival, the usage time may be reduced or the reservation may be cancelled without compensation according to operational policy and availability of games or lanes. 5. Operational Management The venue management reserves the right to organize the use of games, lanes, or devices to ensure visitor safety and operational efficiency, including changing the lane, device, or play time when necessary. 6. Technical Issues and Maintenance Some games or devices may temporarily stop due to maintenance or technical issues. No compensation or refund will be provided if a suitable alternative is offered. 7. Safety Rules All safety instructions and guidelines related to the use of games and facilities must be followed. Unsafe or inappropriate use that may endanger others is strictly prohibited. 8. Liability for Damages Visitors are fully responsible for any damages caused by misuse or negligence. The venue management has the right to claim the cost of repair or replacement. 9. General Conduct Visitors must follow public etiquette and avoid causing disturbance or damage to the venue. Management reserves the right to deny service or remove anyone violating the rules without refund. 10. Refund Policy Tickets or reservations are non-refundable after the reservation time begins, except where a refund guarantee service is available on the platform and subject to its conditions. 11. Children and Minors Children and minors must be supervised by their guardians at all times. The venue management is not responsible for any incidents resulting from lack of supervision. 12. Personal Belongings The venue management is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings inside the premises. 13. Photography Inside the Venue Photography or video recording may take place inside the venue for marketing or media purposes. Entry into the venue constitutes implicit consent to the use of such images or recordings without financial claims. 14. Offers and Memberships Offers, discounts, and memberships are subject to specific terms and may be limited by time, number of uses, or defined benefits. 15. Resale Prohibition Reselling tickets or using them for commercial purposes without the venue management’s approval is prohibited. 16. Fraud and Misuse The venue management reserves the right to cancel any reservation or suspend service in case of suspected fraud or misuse without refund. 17.
