Terms and Conditions
1. By purchasing a ticket, using it or accessing the The Knox Event Site, you constitute the Visitor's express and final acceptance of all terms, conditions, instructions and policies announced by the Organizer or described on the Event page or on the Site. 2. Event means The Knox Event and all its experiences, activities, entertainment areas, restaurants, cafes, brands, facilities and services. 3. Organizer means the owner, operator or organizer of The Knox Event and responsible for operating the Site and administering the experiences and services provided within it. 4. Bangdul means the technical platform used to display the event, complete the reservation, make payment, and issue and manage electronic tickets. 5. Visitor means the purchaser, holder, user of the Ticket, or any person who enters the Event Site under the Ticket. 6. It is the buyer's responsibility to read the ticket details and confirm the category, date, time, price, benefits and restrictions before completing the purchase. 7. It is the buyer's responsibility to inform all persons on whose behalf he has purchased or gifted tickets to these terms and conditions. 8. In the event that a Ticket is purchased for a minor, the guardian or adult companion agrees to these Terms on his/her behalf and is responsible for supervising him or her throughout his or her stay on the Site. 9. The special terms set out within each Ticket category shall apply in conjunction with these Terms, and shall have priority in relation to the Tier Benefits or its Terms of Use. 10. The organizer shall manage the event site, operate the experiments and facilities, organize entry and crowds, and enforce security and safety requirements. 11. Najadul's role is limited to providing technical services related to booking, payment, issuance and management of tickets and associated support services. 12. The Organiser is responsible for the content of the Event, operating dates, available experiences, and entry policies, cancellations, postponements and refunds. 13. Najdul shall not be liable for any change, omission or operational conduct of the Organiser, restaurants, cafes, brands or service providers within the Site, except to the extent of direct damage resulting from a persistent technical error attributable to Najdul. 14. The Event Offer on Nazweel is not an independent guarantee by the Platform for the availability of each Experience or Facility, unless the Experience or Feature is expressly stated in the Ticket Purchased Benefits. 15. Correct and complete details must be entered at the time of booking, including name, mobile number, email and any other required information. 16. The Buyer is responsible for any error or omission in the data entered, and neither the Organizer nor Schedule is responsible for the failure to communicate with or deliver the Ticket due to incorrect data. 17. The booking will not be considered confirmed until the payment process is successful and the ticket or booking confirmation message is issued through Najdul. 18. The prices quoted are subject to what is shown to the buyer prior to confirmation of payment, including VAT where applicable, and any additional charges are indicated prior to the completion of the transaction. 19. Ticket prices may vary depending on date, time, category, promotions or order level, and the buyer is not entitled to claim the difference after the purchase has been completed. 20. It is not permissible to combine more than one offer, discount or promo code, unless the offer expressly states that it is possible. 21. The ticket is valid only for the category, date, time and period specified therein. 22. The ticket does not guarantee entry on a date or time different from the time recorded in the booking. 23. The ticket shall be used after the access code has been scanned and registered in the system, and may not be used again unless the ticket type expressly states multiple entries. 24. It is not permissible to leave the event site and return with the same ticket, unless permitted by the Organizer or the ticket category includes frequent entry. 25. Photocopied, printed or duplicate copies of the Ticket shall not be granted more than one entry, and the first code successfully scanned shall take precedence. 26. The Ticket Holder is responsible for maintaining its code and not posting, transmitting or sharing it with any person who is not authorized to use it. 27. Neither the Organiser nor the Schedule is responsible for the use of the Ticket by another person due to code sharing, loss of phone, account hacking or negligence of the Ticket Holder. 28. The Organizer may request proof of identity, mobile number, booking details or means of payment to verify the ownership of the ticket or prevent its misuse. 29. It is forbidden to resell, offer for sale, trade or use in commercial competitions or campaigns without the prior written consent of the Organizer. 30. Any ticket that is proven to have been obtained irregularly or from an unauthorized source may be cancelled or used for unauthorized commercial purposes, without compensation to the holder. 31. The Organizer or Schedule does not guarantee the authenticity of tickets purchased from unauthorized individuals, accounts, websites or platforms. 32. It is forbidden to copy, forge or modify the ticket code or attempt to bypass or disrupt the entry systems, and the organizer has the right to take legal action against the violator. 33. The Ticket may be gifted or transferred through the official mechanism available at Najdul, if the Ticket category so permits. 34. You must come within the time period indicated in the ticket, and it is recommended to arrive early to complete the entry and inspection procedures. 35. Entry may not be allowed after the expiry of the date or period specified for the ticket, and the visitor's delay does not entail a right to refund or compensation. 36. The Organizer or the schedule are not responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, road closures, search for a parking or personal circumstances of the visitor. 37. The ticket does not guarantee immediate entry, and waiting periods may occur due to inspection, crowd management, capacity or safety requirements. 38. The Regulator may organize entry in batches or temporarily suspend entry when operational capacity is reached or when security or regulatory requirements exist. 39. Entry to the site is subject to security checks and ticket and identity verification when required. 40. The Event Management has the right to refuse entry to any person who refuses to inspect or verify their ticket or does not cooperate with the security instructions and the organizers. 41. All security and safety instructions, employees, supervisors, warning signs, entry, exit, and emergency routes must be adhered to. 42. The Organizer has the right to refuse to enter or exit any person who emits aggressive, abusive, dangerous or contrary to regulations, public morals or public taste. 43. No person who shows signs of being affected by prohibited substances or a condition that may expose him or others to endanger is prohibited. 44. The Organiser has the right to expel any visitor who violates these Terms or the Security and Safety Instructions without a refund of the Ticket. 45. Clothing and shoes appropriate to the nature of the site, outdoor areas and recreational experiences must be worn. 46. Age groups, height, weight and health status described on the Event page or at each trial apply. 47. Children must be accompanied by a guardian or responsible adult for the duration of their time on the Site. 48. Children are not allowed to be left unsupervised in parking lots, restaurants, seating areas, experiments, or near waterfalls, heights, and hazardous areas. 49. Any child or visitor may be prevented from trying a specific activity if they do not meet the requirements of age, height, weight, health or safety status. 50. Failure to meet the conditions of a particular Trial shall not be considered a reason for a refund of the Entry Ticket, as long as the conditions are announced on the Event page or on the Experience Website. 51. The event may include dark areas, heights, intermittent lighting, sound and visual effects, artificial fog, surprises, uneven paths, and physically demanding experiences. 52. It is the Visitor's responsibility to assess the appropriateness of the Experiences to his/her health, physical and psychological condition prior to participation. 53. People with heart disease, blood pressure, epilepsy, vertigo, fear of heights or enclosed spaces, or sensitivity to lights and sounds should avoid experiences that are not suitable for them. 54. Pregnant women, the elderly, and persons with injuries or limited mobility must abide by the instructions of supervisors and avoid activities that may pose a risk to them. 55. Any health condition or injury that may affect the Visitor's safety must be reported to the Experience Supervisor prior to the start of the Experiment. 56. The Supervisor has the right to prohibit any Visitor from participating in an Experiment if he or she deems that his participation may pose a risk to him or others. 57. Safety bans do not result in automatic refunds of the Ticket, and the Organiser may offer an alternative experience depending on availability and ticket type. 58. The visitor acknowledges that outdoor sites and entertainment experiences may involve natural and usual hazards, such as tripping, slipping, collision, wetness, temperature changes or reduced visibility. 59. You must walk on the designated paths and do not climb barriers, rocks, buildings or installations, or enter closed or designated areas for employees. 60. Care should be exercised near waterfalls, bodies of water, and wet or uneven floors. 61. Running, stampede, and joking prevent danger or any behavior that endangers the visitor or others. 62. The visitor shall bear the consequences of violating the instructions, entering prohibited areas, or using the facilities in a manner not intended for them, without prejudice to the responsibilities that may not be exempted by law. 63. Participation in the Mystery Tower, Adventure and Challenge Zones is subject to the requirements of safety, age, height, weight and declared health status at each experience. 64. Safety tools must be used in the manner specified by the supervisor and not removed or tampered with during the experiment. 65. It is forbidden to use phones or carry drop-off items inside experiences where the supervisor prohibits it. 66. The experiment should be stopped immediately upon request by the supervisor or if you feel tired, dizzy, in pain or difficulty breathing. 67. Any experiment may be temporarily suspended for inspection or maintenance or due to weather, wind, rain, humidity or any safety circumstance. 68. It is forbidden to operate the equipment, touch the control systems, bypass barriers, or attempt to enter the experiment without the permission of the supervisor. 69. The cost of direct damages resulting from tampering, vandalism or intentional misuse of equipment or facilities shall be borne by the visitor. 70. The telescope experience and sky viewing are based on the weather, clouds, fog, dust, visibility level, and astronomical conditions. 71. The regulator does not guarantee that a particular celestial body or a specific level of clarity or visibility will be observed. 72. The telescope experiment may be suspended, altered or shortened when visibility is impaired or there are inappropriate weather or operational conditions. 73. It is forbidden to touch, move, or modify the telescope devices except under the supervision of the competent employee. 74. Poor astronomical visibility or the absence of stars or celestial bodies shall not be considered a cancellation of the Event as long as access and other essential services are available. 75. The driver of the vehicle in the Cinema of Cars and Parking must carry a valid driving license and abide by the instructions for entering, exiting and parking. 76. The speed limit must be adhered to within the site and priority must be given to pedestrians, security and organization teams. 77. The vehicle must be parked in the designated area, and it is not permissible to change the location or move during the display except with the permission of the supervisor. 78. Headlights and backlights and any lighting that may affect the visibility of other visitors during the show must be turned off. 79. The instructions for operating or extinguishing the vehicle must be adhered to in accordance with the safety and ventilation requirements within the site. 80. It is forbidden to use an alarm, raise the sound of a vehicle, reckless driving, parade, drift, or any conduct that endangers others. 81. The driver of the vehicle shall be liable for damages and accidents resulting from his driving or non-compliance with instructions. 82. The entry of the vehicle into the Site shall not be considered as a handover to the Vehicle for custody or safekeeping. 83. The Organiser or the Organiser shall not be liable for theft, loss or damage caused by another vehicle or the conduct of a visitor, except when a direct fault is proved to be legally liable. 84. Vehicles that are unsafe or contain leaks, sounds or modifications that may cause danger or inconvenience may be refused entry. 85. Parking is subject to availability, and the purchase of an entry ticket does not guarantee a specific parking unless expressly stated by the ticket category. 86. Restaurants, cafes, brands, and service providers within the Site operate as independent entities, unless otherwise declared by the Organizer. 87. Each restaurant, café or brand shall be responsible for its products, services, sales, billing, quality, exchange and return policies. 88. The prices of food, beverages and products are not included in the value of the entry ticket, unless expressly stated in the Ticket benefits. 89. The operating times of some restaurants, cafes and brands may differ from the opening times of the event. 90. The Organiser does not guarantee the availability of all products, meals or branded throughout operating hours. 91. The visitor must inform the food provider directly of any food allergies or special requirements prior to ordering. 92. Food products cannot be guaranteed to be completely free of allergens due to the nature of the preparation and shared kitchens, and it is the visitor's responsibility to take appropriate precautions for his condition. 93. Images, diagrams, designs and figures used in marketing or advertising are illustrative, and some final details that are not material may differ at the time of operation. 94. The Organiser may make non-material operational changes to the distribution of areas, routes, facilities, timings of certain experiences or participating brands. 95. Certain areas or services may be opened in stages, unless this results in the deprivation of the visitor of an essential feature expressly mentioned in his ticket. 96. The Organiser does not guarantee that every Trial will run continuously throughout the hours of the Event, and some Trials may be paused for maintenance, cleaning, crowd management or safety. 97. A change of restaurant, brand, side view or indoor location is not an automatic reason for a refund, unless the benefit is material and expressly stated within the Ticket category. 98. The timings, arrangement or duration of the Promotions may be changed for reasonable operational or organisational reasons. 99. Without prejudice to the consumer's statutory rights, tickets shall not be exchanged or refunded due to the buyer's change of opinion, non-attendance, delay or inappropriateness of the appointment. 100. No refund is made due to usual congestion, waiting times, lack of nearby parking, or the visitor's lack of use of all experiences and facilities. 101. No refund will be made if the visitor is prevented from entering or exiting the site due to violating the terms or security and safety instructions. 102. Do not refund and enter a used or scanned ticket. 103. The date, time or category of the Ticket may only be changed according to the options available in the schedule and with the approval of the Organiser, and fees or fare variations may apply. 104. When upgrading a Ticket, the Buyer is obliged to pay the fare difference and any announced fees before confirming the Upgrade. 105. The price difference shall not be returned when moving to a lower tier unless expressly approved by the Regulator. 106. In the event of cancellation of the event permanently, the value of the affected tickets will be processed in accordance with the Organizer's policy and the regulations and instructions issued by the competent authorities. 107. Amounts due shall be returned to the original means of payment where possible. 108. The time it takes for your refund to arrive may vary depending on the bank, card company or payment provider, and the bank processing period is not considered a delay by the Organiser or our schedule. 109. The Event may be postponed or its dates or hours of operation may be changed for organizational, operational, security, air or air reasons or upon the instructions of the competent authorities. 110. When the event is postponed, the ticket will remain valid for the new date unless the organiser announces another mechanism. 111. The Organiser shall determine the options available for tickets affected by postponement or change, which may include using the ticket on the new date, moving it to another date or refunding its value in accordance with the regulations. 112. The Organiser and we do not schedule the costs of travel, accommodation, transportation, overseas bookings or any personal arrangements made by the visitor. 113. The visitor should follow up on mobile messages, emails, notifications and official accounts for any updates related to the event. 114. The Organiser or our schedule shall not be deemed to be in breach of its obligations when the execution of the Event is unable or delayed due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. 115. Circumstances beyond the control of the control include extreme weather conditions, rain, floods, fog, wind, lightning, fires, disasters, epidemics, government decisions, security situations, road closures, power or telecommunications interruptions, evacuation orders and general breakdowns. 116. In emergency circumstances, the Event may be suspended, some experiments may be suspended, operating hours reduced, the Site vacated, or the Event may be postponed or cancelled for the sake of safety. 117. The rights of ticket holders affected by force majeure shall be determined in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the competent authorities and the nature of the services provided. 118. The entry of weapons, sharp objects, dangerous or flammable materials, fireworks, lasers, explosive materials, and prohibited substances is prohibited by law. 119. Outside food and beverages are prohibited if the Regulator declares them prohibited, except for necessary health conditions that are disclosed. 120. It is forbidden to bring in loudspeakers, annoying devices, drones, and professional photography equipment without prior authorization. 121. Bicycles, skateboards and means that impede movement are prohibited except in designated locations. 122. It is forbidden to bring animals, except for approved service animals and in accordance with the requirements of the website. 123. It is forbidden to distribute leaflets, display promotional materials, or practice selling and marketing within the Site without the written consent of the Organizer. 124. The Security Team shall have the right to prevent the entry of any object that it deems to be dangerous, disturb or impede operation. 125. Visitors, employees and service providers must be respected and regulations must be adhered to, public morals and public taste. 126. Harassment, bullying, threats, quarrels, insults, abuse, depictions that violate privacy or intentionally cause annoyance to others are prohibited. 127. It is forbidden to tamper with facilities, plants, waterfalls, decorations, appliances, safety equipment, or signage. 128. The Visitor shall bear the cost of any material damage caused by him intentionally or as a result of his negligence or violation of the instructions. 129. The organizer has the right to remove the violator and prevent him from entering the event in the future and refer him to the competent authorities when necessary, without refunding the ticket value. 130. The visitor shall be responsible for his/her personal belongings, money, devices and vehicle throughout his/her presence within the Site. 131. The Organizer or Schedule shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal property, unless it is proved that the damage was caused directly by a fault that is systematically liable. 132. Lost items found shall be handed over to customer service, and may be kept for a period determined by the Organizer and then dealt with in accordance with its policy. 133. Proper description or proof of ownership must be provided before any missing item is delivered. 134. The Event Venue may be subject to surveillance camera photography for the purposes of security, safety, crowd management and accident investigation. 135. Photography or video photography may be done to document the event or to cover it in the media or marketing in accordance with the regulations and legal justifications. 136. It is forbidden to photograph others in a way that violates or offends their privacy or to depict security or restricted areas. 137. It is forbidden to use the images or clips of the event for commercial or advertising purposes without the written permission of the Organizer. 138. Collect personal data necessary to complete the booking, issue the ticket, verify entry, process payment, provide support and complaints. 139. The minimum necessary data may be shared between Najwal, the Organizer, the Payment Provider, the Technical Service Providers and the Competent Authorities in accordance with the statutory purpose. 140. You may send the visitor necessary operational messages relating to the ticket, appointment, entry, cancellation, postponement or safety. 141. The data shall not be used for direct marketing except in accordance with the necessary regulatory requirements and approvals, and shall provide a means of stopping marketing messages. 142. Neither the Organizer nor the Schedule shall be responsible for temporary interruptions caused by the telecommunications network, the User's device, the bank, the payment provider or any external service. 143. When the amount is debited and the ticket is not issued, you must contact Nadawel support and provide them with the transaction details for verification. 144. The payment must not be repeated before the status of the previous transaction has been ascertained, and the buyer bears the consequences of the repeat attempt without waiting for verification. 145. When a recurring discount is established, the excess amount is processed after verification and settlement with the payment provider. 146. The payment, ticketing, scanning and entry records kept in the electronic systems shall be a reference for proving the status of the ticket, with the customer retaining the right to object and provide proof to the contrary. 147. Without prejudice to liabilities that may not be excluded by law, neither the Organizer nor the Schedule shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, opportunities, or costs of travel, accommodation and overseas bookings. 148. Nedawl's liability is limited to direct damage that is found to have resulted from a technical fault attributable to it, and to the extent permitted by regulations. 149. Nezadul is not responsible for the operation of the facilities, the performance of staff, the quality of the food, the products or experiences provided by the Organiser or the Suppliers. 150. The Organiser shall not be liable for damage resulting from the visitor's violation of the instructions, concealment of a health condition, or the use of the facilities and equipment in a manner that is incorrect or not intended for it. 151. Neither the Organiser nor the Schedule shall be liable for the actions of other visitors, traffic accidents or damages that are not directly caused by them. 152. No limitation of liability shall apply to death, injury or damage resulting from an act for which liability may not be legally exempt. 153. The visitor shall be liable for damages caused by the visitor to persons, vehicles, buildings, equipment, gardens, waterfalls or property. 154. The visitor shall be obliged to pay the costs of repair or replacement and direct losses resulting from his deliberate act, negligence or violation of instructions. 155. The guardian shall be responsible for supervising the minor and the damages caused by him in accordance with the regulations. 156. The Organizer reserves the right to take legal action, file reports and claim compensation for any damages. 157. Operational complaints related to the location, experiences, employees, or service providers shall be submitted to the Event's customer service. 158. Issues related to ticket issuance, payment or account are submitted to Najdul Support. 159. The support team must be provided with the order number, mobile number, problem description, supporting documents and photos, if any. 160. The complaint must be submitted immediately after the problem has occurred or within a reasonable period of time to enable the team to verify and address it. 161. Failure to respond promptly to a complaint shall not be considered an acknowledgment of its validity or acceptance of compensation or refund. 162. Refund requests are subject to verification of ticket status, payment records, scan, entry and the nature of the incident. 163. All names, logos, designs, content, maps and visual materials of The Knox or Schedule are the property of their respective owners. 164. No Intellectual Property may be copied, republished, modified or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent. 165. The purchase of a ticket does not confer any right to use the Trademark or Event Content in advertisements, campaigns or commercial products. 166. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 167. The competent authorities and courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these Terms or the use of the Ticket. 168. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, and the clause shall apply to the extent permitted by the regulations. 169. The Organizer's failure to exercise or schedule any right or delay in exercising it shall not be considered a waiver thereof. 170. The Arabic version of the Terms and Conditions is the version approved when there is any discrepancy with another translation. 171. These Terms may be updated in accordance with operational or regulatory changes, and the terms published at the time of purchase completion shall apply to the booking. 172. Any subsequent instructions issued by the competent authorities related to security, safety or public health may be applied, even if issued after the purchase of the ticket. 173. No subsequent amendment may be used to detract from an inalienable substantial right of the buyer in contravention of the applicable regulations. 174. The Buyer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to these Terms prior to completing the Purchase, and that the purchase and use of the Ticket shall constitute binding acceptance thereof.
