1. Purchasing a ticket, completing a booking, using a ticket, or entering Safari Taif constitutes an acknowledgment by the purchaser and ticket holder that they have reviewed, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms and Conditions. 2. Before completing payment, the purchaser must verify all booking details, including the ticket type, number of tickets, date, time, category, age requirements, and any additional services or experiences selected. 3. The purchaser is responsible for the accuracy of all information entered during the booking process, including name, mobile number, email address, and the details of ticket beneficiaries whenever requested. 4. Safari Taif shall not be responsible for any error resulting from the purchaser entering incorrect or incomplete information or selecting an unsuitable date, time, or ticket type. 5. A ticket shall only be valid for the date, time, category, type of use, and services specified on the ticket or in the booking details. 6. A ticket may not be used outside the date or time period specified for it. Any exception shall be subject to the approval of Safari Taif management, available capacity, and operational feasibility. 7. Visitors must attend within the time specified on the ticket whenever the ticket is associated with a specific appointment or time period. 8. Late arrival does not guarantee that the visitor will be admitted or permitted to participate in the booked activity or experience. Management may refuse admission after the specified period where accommodating the visitor is operationally not possible. 9. A visitor’s late arrival or failure to attend at the specified time does not automatically entitle the visitor to reschedule or receive a refund, without prejudice to any mandatory rights provided under applicable laws and regulations. 10. The electronic ticket, QR code, or entry code assigned to the booking must be presented upon arrival at the entrances of Safari Taif. 11. Safari Taif management may request identification or any information necessary to verify the validity of the ticket, the identity of the ticket holder, or their eligibility to use the ticket whenever necessary. 12. The ticket holder is responsible for safeguarding the ticket and entry code and must not publish, share, photograph, or send them to persons who are not authorized to use them. 13. Safari Taif shall not be responsible for the use of a ticket by another person where such use results from the purchaser or ticket holder sharing the entry code, an image of the ticket, or its details with a third party. 14. A ticket shall be deemed used once entry is recorded or its code is successfully scanned through the approved admission system and may not be reused thereafter unless the nature of the ticket expressly allows multiple entries. 15. Safari Taif management may reject any ticket that has previously been used, cancelled, refunded, manipulated, duplicated, forged, or obtained unlawfully. 16. Tickets may not be sold or resold for commercial purposes, at prices different from the official prices, or used in offers, competitions, or commercial campaigns without prior approval from the duly authorized party. 17. Purchasing an admission ticket does not necessarily mean that all rides, activities, experiences, or facilities available within Safari Taif are included in the ticket price. 18. The details of each ticket specify the services, benefits, rides, or experiences included, and the purchaser is responsible for reviewing the ticket description before completing the purchase. 19. Certain rides, activities, experiences, or services within Safari Taif may require separate tickets, add-ons, or additional fees. 20. Certain rides and experiences may be subject to specific requirements relating to age, height, weight, health condition, physical ability, number of participants, or other safety and operational requirements. 21. Possession of an admission ticket does not entitle a visitor to participate in a ride or experience where the visitor does not meet the applicable participation and safety requirements. 22. Visitors must review and fully comply with the instructions and warnings applicable to each ride, activity, or experience before using it. 23. Safari Taif employees and operators may prevent any visitor from participating in a ride or activity where, based on safety considerations or operational instructions, they determine that the visitor’s participation may place the visitor or others at risk. 24. Visitors must inform the operator of any health or physical condition that may directly affect their safe participation in an activity that includes specific health warnings or requirements. 25. Pregnant women and persons with chronic illnesses, heart conditions, back or neck problems, injuries, or any other health conditions that may be affected by certain rides or activities must comply with the warnings applicable to each activity and refrain from participating where the instructions state that the activity is unsuitable for their condition. 26. Visitors may not cross safety barriers or enter areas designated for employees, operations, maintenance, animals, or any other areas not authorized for visitor access. 27. Visitors must comply with all signs, instructions, and guidelines issued by Safari Taif management, security and safety personnel, and ride and activity operators. 28. Safari Taif management may suspend the operation of any ride, activity, or experience temporarily or for the entire day whenever required by safety, maintenance, operational, technical, or weather-related conditions. 29. Available rides, activities, and experiences may vary from one day to another. The presence of a ride or experience at the venue or in promotional materials does not guarantee its continuous operation throughout all visiting hours. 30. The closure of one ride, experience, facility, or a limited number of facilities for operational, technical, maintenance, or safety-related reasons shall not automatically constitute a complete cancellation of the visit or ticket. 31. If the essential part of a service for which the ticket was specifically purchased cannot be provided, the matter shall be handled according to the nature of the booking, the applicable policy, and the rights prescribed by law. 32. Certain activities at Safari Taif may take place outdoors and may be affected by weather conditions. Such activities may therefore be suspended or temporarily closed due to rain, wind, storms, extreme cold or heat, fog, lightning, or any other conditions that management determines may affect safety. 33. Safari Taif management may modify operating hours, delay opening, bring forward closing time, or close part of the venue whenever required by safety, operational, or emergency considerations. 34. If Safari Taif is completely closed and visitors are unable to use their tickets as a result of a decision by management, affected tickets shall be handled in accordance with the applicable cancellation and refund policy and applicable laws and regulations. 35. A parent, legal guardian, or accompanying adult shall be responsible for the children and minors accompanying them throughout their presence at Safari Taif. 36. Children must not be left unsupervised in areas that require the presence of a parent, guardian, or accompanying adult. 37. The parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring that the child meets the age, height, weight, and safety requirements applicable to each ride or activity before allowing the child to participate. 38. Safari Taif management may prevent a child from using any ride or activity where the child does not meet the applicable safety requirements, even if the ticket was booked or purchased in advance. 39. Visitors must comply with staff instructions when interacting with animals present within Safari Taif, where animals form part of the experience. 40. Visitors may not touch, carry, chase, provoke, frighten, feed, or attempt to enter animal areas except in locations and activities expressly permitted by management and under staff supervision. 41. Visitors may not provide animals with any food or substances other than food authorized by Safari Taif management. 42. Parents and guardians must supervise children when approaching animals and ensure their full compliance with safety instructions. 43. Safari Taif staff may immediately stop any interaction with animals if they determine that the visitor’s behavior may place the animal, the visitor, or others at risk. 44. Visitors must follow all safety instructions when animals, birds, or other living creatures are present, taking into account that the behavior of living creatures may not always be fully predictable. 45. Damaging plants, trees, facilities, or property, or tampering with animal areas, enclosures, barriers, or equipment within the venue is prohibited. 46. Visitors shall be responsible for any damage they intentionally cause or that results from misuse or violation of instructions, to the extent provided under applicable laws and regulations. 47. Visitors must maintain general cleanliness, dispose of waste in designated areas, and refrain from damaging the environment or facilities. 48. Safari Taif management may refuse entry to or remove any person who engages in aggressive, abusive, dangerous, or non-compliant behavior or causes serious disturbance to visitors or staff. 49. Management may remove any visitor who assaults an employee or another visitor, threatens others, intentionally damages property, or endangers the safety of people or animals, without prejudice to any other legal action that may be taken. 50. Removal of a visitor for violating applicable rules, safety instructions, or conduct requirements does not automatically entitle the visitor to a refund of the ticket price. 51. Weapons, hazardous or flammable materials, legally prohibited substances, or any items that management considers may pose a risk to visitors, animals, or property are prohibited. 52. Safari Taif management may implement security measures necessary to protect the venue and visitors in accordance with applicable laws and instructions. 53. Certain food, beverages, equipment, or tools may be prohibited from specific areas of Safari Taif for reasons relating to safety, hygiene, animal health, or the nature of the activity. 54. Safari Taif shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of visitors’ personal belongings except where Safari Taif’s responsibility is established under applicable laws and regulations. 55. Visitors are responsible for their mobile phones, electronic devices, wallets, jewelry, bags, and other personal belongings and are advised not to leave them unattended. 56. Visitors must comply with instructions relating to the safekeeping of personal belongings before using any ride or activity that may cause such belongings to fall or become damaged. 57. Certain areas of Safari Taif may be subject to photography, video recording, or camera surveillance for security, safety, venue management, and operational purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 58. Safari Taif management or parties authorized by it may photograph or record certain activities or events for documentation, media, or marketing purposes, provided that such photography, recording, and use of materials are handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements. 59. Visitors must respect the privacy of others and must not photograph individuals or children, publish their images, or use such images in any manner that violates applicable laws and regulations. 60. Safari Taif management may impose restrictions on the use of professional photography equipment, drones, or commercial equipment, and such equipment may not be used without the necessary permits and approvals. 61. Regular tickets are subject to the cancellation and refund policy disclosed at the time of purchase, taking into account any mandatory consumer rights applicable to the relevant case. 62. A visitor’s failure to attend, change of personal plans, forgotten appointment, or late arrival does not by itself constitute an automatic basis requiring Safari Taif to refund the ticket price, without prejudice to any rights granted by applicable laws and regulations. 63. Tickets that have been used, scanned, or for which the associated service has been wholly or partially utilized shall not be refundable merely because the visitor chooses not to complete the visit after beginning to use the service, unless otherwise required by law. 64. A visitor is not automatically entitled to a refund because the visitor is unable to use a particular activity due to failure to meet age, height, weight, health, or safety requirements, provided that such requirements were appropriately disclosed before use or booking, depending on the nature of the activity. 65. Where a refund is permitted under the applicable policy or is legally established as due, the amount shall be refunded in accordance with the approved procedures and through the original payment method whenever possible. 66. Refunded amounts may require additional time to appear in the customer’s account depending on the procedures of the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider. Such processing is outside Safari Taif’s control after the refund has been processed by the relevant party. 67. Additional charges, service fees, or fees relating to third parties shall be handled according to the nature of the fee, the service provider’s policy, and applicable laws and regulations. 68. If a booking or activity is completely cancelled by Safari Taif and no suitable alternative or acceptable rescheduling is provided based on the nature of the service, the amount paid shall be handled in accordance with the applicable policy and the consumer’s statutory rights. 69. If the time of an activity or experience is materially changed by Safari Taif, affected customers shall be notified whenever reasonably possible using the contact information registered with the booking. 70. The customer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and enabling receipt of notifications relating to the booking. 71. A gifted ticket means any ticket purchased by a purchaser for the purpose of sending it or transferring its benefit to another beneficiary through the approved gifting feature available during the booking process. 72. Once the gifting process has been completed and the ticket has been issued or sent to the beneficiary, the ticket shall be considered a gifted ticket and shall be subject to the provisions applicable to gifted tickets. 73. Under Safari Taif’s policy, gifted tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable due to the purchaser changing their mind after completing the gifting process, without prejudice to any mandatory rights established by law that may not lawfully be waived by agreement. 74. The purchaser of a gifted ticket may not request a refund merely because the beneficiary does not wish to use it, is unable to attend, or experiences a change in personal circumstances, unless a right to refund is required by law or the failure to provide the service is attributable to Safari Taif. 75. The beneficiary’s lack of awareness of the gift, failure to open the link or message, or failure to use the ticket shall not automatically constitute a basis for refund after completion of the gifting process, subject to any mandatory rights provided by law. 76. The purchaser may not cancel a gifted ticket because of a dispute between the purchaser and beneficiary or because the purchaser wishes to withdraw the gift after it has been sent. 77. The purchaser is responsible for verifying the accuracy of the beneficiary’s details, including the mobile number and any other required information, before confirming the gifting process. 78. Safari Taif shall not be responsible where a gifted ticket reaches an unintended person as a result of incorrect information entered by the purchaser, while reasonable efforts may be made to address cases that can technically be corrected. 79. The value of a gifted ticket may not be exchanged for cash or converted into a monetary amount outside the applicable lawful refund mechanism. 80. If Safari Taif cancels the service or activity associated with a gifted ticket in a manner that prevents the beneficiary from using it, the fact that the ticket was gifted shall not prevent the application of any statutory rights or the applicable cancellation policy. 81. Where a gifted ticket may be rescheduled in cases permitted by management, such rescheduling shall be subject to available dates, capacity, and applicable operational policy. 82. The beneficiary of a gifted ticket may not require the purchaser or Safari Taif to convert its value into cash merely because the beneficiary does not wish to use it, subject to any applicable statutory rights. 83. The purchaser of a gifted ticket is responsible for informing the beneficiary of any special conditions associated with the ticket, including the date, time, age requirements, admission requirements, and safety requirements. 84. Expiry of a gifted ticket without use due to the beneficiary’s failure to attend does not by itself create an automatic right to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations. 85. Offers, discounts, and promotional codes are subject to the conditions, validity periods, and quantities specified for each offer and may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. 86. Any unused discount or promotional value may not be converted into cash. 87. Safari Taif may cancel any order where a discount code or promotional offer is proven to have been used fraudulently or without authorization, with any amounts paid being handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. 88. Ticket prices may vary depending on the day, season, time period, activity type, or available promotions. A later difference in price does not automatically entitle customers with previous bookings to a refund of the price difference. 89. The price displayed upon completion of the purchase shall be the price applicable to the transaction, inclusive or exclusive of taxes and fees according to the information disclosed to the customer before payment is completed. 90. The purchaser must be informed, before completing the purchase, of the amounts payable in accordance with applicable e-commerce requirements. 91. If an amount is charged to the customer but the booking is not issued due to a technical fault, the payment status must first be verified before attempting another purchase in order to avoid duplicate transactions. 92. Where a duplicate payment occurs and it is established that the same booking was charged more than once without the customer receiving a corresponding benefit for each transaction, the excess amounts shall be handled in accordance with the applicable financial procedures. 93. A visitor may not exploit an apparent technical fault, pricing error, or system defect where the visitor knows or should reasonably know that it is incorrect in order to obtain tickets or services to which the visitor is not legitimately entitled. 94. If a material and obvious technical error appears in the price or description of a service before the service is provided, the matter shall be handled in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and in a manner that preserves the rights of all parties. 95. Visitors must not use Safari Taif facilities, rides, animals, trademarks, or content for commercial or advertising purposes without prior approval. 96. Sales activities, distribution of promotional materials, commercial photography, interviews, or organization of private events within the venue are prohibited without management approval. 97. Visitors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and instructions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia throughout their presence at Safari Taif. 98. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exempt Safari Taif from any liability that may not legally be excluded or to deprive a consumer of any mandatory right granted under the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 99. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions becomes unenforceable or conflicts with a mandatory legal provision, this shall not invalidate the remaining provisions, and the affected provision shall apply to the extent permitted by law. 100. Where specific terms are clearly stated for a particular ticket, ride, activity, or experience, such specific terms shall supplement these Terms and Conditions and shall apply to the relevant service to the extent that they do not conflict with applicable laws and regulations. 101. In the event of a conflict between a general condition and a specific condition relating to a particular ticket or service, the specific condition shall apply to that service unless it conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law. 102. Safari Taif management may update these Terms and Conditions and its operational policies whenever necessary in accordance with legal and operational requirements and security and safety requirements. 103. A subsequent amendment to these Terms and Conditions shall not adversely affect rights already acquired by a customer under a previous booking where the law or nature of the contract prevents such amendment from being applied retroactively. 104. Any inquiry, comment, or claim relating to a booking must be submitted through the approved communication channels or customer service channels, together with the booking information necessary to verify the request. 105. A claimant may be required to provide the booking number, ticket number, payment transaction details, or any other reasonable information necessary to verify the validity of the request before it is processed. 106. Complaints and claims shall be handled in accordance with the approved procedures and the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 107. These Terms and Conditions do not limit a consumer’s right to refer a matter to the competent authorities where the consumer has a legal right to do so. 108. These Terms and Conditions and their interpretation shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 109. Completion of a ticket purchase constitutes the purchaser’s acceptance of the conditions associated with the booking and ticket. The purchaser is also responsible for informing any persons on whose behalf tickets were purchased or to whom tickets were gifted of any important conditions relating to their use. 110. Use of a ticket and entry into Safari Taif constitutes the ticket holder’s agreement to comply with the admission, security, safety, conduct, ride, and activity requirements applicable during the visit, provided that such requirements do not conflict with the laws and regulations applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
