Terms and Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions 1.1 The purchase of a Ticket, the use of or access to the Event hereunder is an acknowledgment by the holder that he has fully read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 1.2 These Terms apply to the Ticket Purchaser and all persons using the Tickets issued under the same Order. 1.3 The Ticket Holder shall abide by the instructions announced by the Organiser, the Website Management, and the security and regulatory authorities throughout the time of his/her presence at the Event. 2. Ticket Purchase and Prices 2.1 Tickets are sold according to the categories, prices and times available at the time of booking. 2.2 All tickets for the previous offers and discounts are deemed to be terminated once the period expires or the allocated quantity has run out. 2.3 VAT, payment gateway fees, service charges or any other charges that are clearly visible prior to the completion of the purchase may be added to the ticket price. 2.4 It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure that the booking details, ticket category, date, time and number are correct before confirming the payment. 2.5 The Buyer is not entitled to claim a previous offer price or refund the price difference in the event of a change in ticket prices or the launch of new offers after the booking has been completed. 2.6 The booking process is considered complete after the successful payment and issuance of the e-ticket. 3. Ticket Validity 3.1 The Ticket is valid only for the date, time and category specified therein. 3.2 The Ticket is not allowed to be used on a different day or time than the time on which it is recorded. 3.3 Only one entry per ticket is allowed, unless otherwise indicated by the Organiser. 3.4 The ticket is deemed to have been used once the access code has been scanned or registered at the entry gate. 3.5 The Ticket may not be copied, resold or used by more than one person. 3.6 When trading more than one copy of the same ticket, the scanned copy will be accepted first, and all other copies will be rejected. 4. Change of appointment and refund 4.1 Ticket date, time or category change is not permitted after the purchase has been completed. 4.2 All tickets sold are final and non-refundable, unless the Event is cancelled entirely by the Organiser, or if the Organiser announces an exceptional policy otherwise. 4.3 The Ticket Holder's failure to attend, delay, or inability to enter due to breach of the conditions or failure to meet the entry requirements does not entitle the Ticket to a refund. 4.4 No refund of the ticket if the holder leaves the event after entry, whether the holder leaves voluntarily or is removed due to a breach of instructions. 4.5 Any service fees, payment fees or additional fees may be non-refundable, subject to the policy of the service provider. 5. Modify or cancel the event 5.1 The Organiser has the right to modify the dates of the event, programme, activities, operating areas, or entry and exit times, whenever operational, organisational or security needs arise. 5.2 Minor changes to the Programme, Activities, Performances or Participants shall not be grounds for a refund of the Ticket. 5.3 In the event of cancellation of the Event entirely, Ticket Holders will be notified through the means of communication recorded in the booking or official channels. 5.4 Any amounts due upon cancellation shall be processed in accordance with the Organiser's policy, and in the manner and duration specified by it. 5.5 In the event of postponement of the Event, the Organiser has the right to approve tickets for the new date or announce an alternative mechanism. 6. Transfer and resell tickets 6.1 Tickets are non-transferable or transferable to another person, unless an official feature is made available by the Organiser or the Booking Platform. 6.2 It is forbidden to resell tickets for commercial purposes or at a price higher than their original value. 6.3 The Organiser shall have the right to cancel any Ticket that is found to have been sold or traded in an irregular manner without compensation. 6.4 The Organiser is not responsible for tickets purchased from unapproved persons, websites or accounts. 7. Entry Requirements 7.1 The original e-ticket and access code must be clearly presented at the gate. 7.2 The Organiser has the right to request proof of identity, proof of purchase or mobile number used in the booking to validate the ticket. 7.3 Specific age groups must be adhered to for each ticket or activity. 7.4 Children are the responsibility of their companions throughout their time inside the Event. 7.5 Minors are not allowed to enter without an adult accompaniment unless required by the Organiser. 7.6 The Organiser has the right to refuse entry to any person who does not meet the entry requirements or holds an incorrect, used or forged ticket. 7.7 The Ticket Holder is obliged to arrive well in advance of the appointment, and the Organiser is not responsible for delays caused by congestion or entry procedures. 8. Inspection and prohibited items 8.1 The Ticket Holder agrees to undergo the approved security screening procedures prior to entry and while at the Event. 8.2 It is forbidden to bring in weapons, sharp materials, flammable materials, fireworks, items prohibited by law, and any implements that may pose a danger to the attendees. 8.3 The Organiser has the right to prohibit the entry of food or beverages from outside the Event venue, whenever announced. 8.4 It is forbidden to bring in any cameras, professional equipment or drones without prior authorization. 8.5 The Organiser has the right to confiscate or prevent the entry of any item that it deems to be likely to affect the safety of attendees or the operation of the Event. 9. Code of Conduct 9.1 Attendees are obliged to public morals, and respect for families, visitors, staff and participants. 9.2 It is forbidden to cause nuisance, fight, harassment, verbal or physical abuse, damage to property, or disrupt the functioning of the Event. 9.3 Smoking is prohibited except in designated locations. 9.4 Anyone who shows signs of loss of control or inappropriate behavior is prohibited from entering. 9.5 The Organiser has the right to expel anyone who violates these Terms without a refund of the Ticket. 9.6 The breach shall be liable for any damages or costs resulting from its actions. 10. Attendance Safety 10.1 Attendees are obliged to follow safety guidelines and instructions issued by the organisers, employees and competent authorities. 10.2 Games, activities and facilities must be used in accordance with the stated instructions and appropriate age or physical groups. 10.3 The Ticket Holder is obliged to disclose any health condition that may prevent him from safely participating in certain activities. 10.4 The Organiser has the right to prohibit any person from using a particular activity if it considers that his participation may pose a danger to him or others. 10.5 The parent is responsible for following up on children and not leaving them unsupervised. 11. Liability for Personal Property 11.1 Attendees are responsible for their personal items and belongings for the duration of their time at the Event. 11.2 The Organiser is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of phones, wallets, bags or any personal property. 11.3 Lost items must be reported to the event management, without guaranteeing that they will be found or returned. 12. Lost or stolen tickets 12.1 The Organiser shall not be responsible for the loss or sharing of the Ticket or the theft of its access code. 12.2 The Ticket Holder shall maintain the confidentiality of the Access Code and not to send it to any person who is not authorized to use it. 12.3 The use of a Ticket by another person before its original owner does not give the Ticket the right to issue or refund a replacement ticket. 13. Filming and recording 13.1 The Event may be filmed and recorded for informational, marketing and documentary purposes. 13.2 By entering the Event, the Attendees agree that they may appear in public images or clips taken within the Site. 13.3 Photographs or recordings taken may not be used for commercial or advertising purposes without the written consent of the Organiser. 13.4 It is forbidden to depict persons in a manner that insults their privacy or violates the applicable laws and instructions. 14. Services and activities within the event 14.1 Certain activities, products or services within the Event may require additional fees not included in the Ticket. 14.2 Activities are subject to capacity, and registration may be suspended or accessed when the number is complete. 14.3 The Organiser has the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any activity for operational, technical or safety reasons. 14.4 The images and advertising content displayed for the event are illustrative, and some actual details may vary depending on operating conditions. 15. Weather conditions 15.1 Certain outdoor activities may be affected by wind, rain, fog, temperatures or other weather conditions. 15.2 The Organiser has the right to modify or discontinue certain activities for the safety of attendees. 15.3 Unless otherwise notified by the Organiser, a partial suspension of an activity due to weather conditions will not result in a refund of the Ticket. 16. Force Majeure 16.1 The Organiser is not responsible for delays, modifications or cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, natural disasters, official decisions, accidents, public holidays, and security or health conditions. 16.2 In cases of force majeure, the Organiser shall take such measures as it deems appropriate, and shall announce the instructions or alternatives available through official channels. 17. Limitation of Liability 17.1 Attendees participate in the activities at their own risk, while adhering to all safety instructions. 17.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for injuries or damages resulting from personal negligence, breach of instructions, or improper use of the facilities and activities. 17.3 The Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect losses or personal expenses, including travel, accommodation or transport costs. 17.4 The foregoing shall not prejudice any liability which may not be excluded or limited under the applicable regulations. 18. The Role of the Booking Platform 18.1 The Najavel platform acts as a technical platform for the provision of booking and issuance of electronic tickets for the event. 18.2 The Organiser is responsible for the operation of the Event, its content, programme, facilities, services and operational policies. 18.3 Payments and refunds, where due, shall be subject to the policy of the Organiser and the relevant financial authorities. 19. Data Protection and Communication 19.1 The Buyer agrees to the use of the recorded contact details to send the Ticket, booking confirmations, alerts and updates related to the Event. 19.2 It is the responsibility of the Buyer to enter a correct mobile number and data during the booking. 19.3 The Organiser or the Booking Platform is not responsible for non-receipt of notifications due to incorrect information entry or a problem with the Telecom Service Provider. 20. Compliance with the Regulations 20.1 All attendees must abide by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the applicable regulations and instructions within the Event Site. 20.2 The Organiser shall have the right to report any irregularity or irregular behaviour to the competent authorities. 20.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 21. Modification of Terms and Conditions 21.1 The Organiser has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary. 21.2 The published version shall be effective at the time of the Event, subject to the statutory rights of the Buyer. 21.3 Continued use of the Ticket or attendance of the Event after the announcement of the modifications shall be deemed to be consented to. 22. Final Declaration 22.1 By purchasing or using a Ticket to the Valley Summer Event, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. 22.2 It is the Buyer's responsibility to inform all persons on whose behalf he has purchased the Tickets of these Terms and Conditions.
