1. Ticketing & Final Sale Policy Binding Agreement: Completing a purchase via the "Njadwil" platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms. Non-Refundable: All ticket sales are final. Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, unless the event is officially cancelled by the Organizer. Strict No-Resale Policy: Tickets are personal and non-transferable. The resale, transfer, or attempted commercial use of tickets is strictly prohibited. Any ticket found to have been resold or transferred outside the original purchaser's account will be declared null and void immediately, and entry will be denied without refund. Entry Validity: Tickets allow for a single entry only. Re-entry is strictly prohibited once the attendee has exited the venue. 2. Child & Minor Policy Children under the age of 5 are admitted free of charge. All minors must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult/guardian at all times. The guardian assumes full responsibility for the minor’s safety and conduct. 3. Security & Prohibited Items Right to Search: The Organizer and security personnel reserve the full right to search attendees and their belongings upon entry. Refusal to submit to a search will result in denial of entry without compensation. Prohibited Items: Weapons, sharp objects, flammable materials, hazardous substances, or any item deemed a safety threat by the Organizer are strictly prohibited on the premises. 4. Conduct, Liability & Waiver Zero Tolerance: The Organizer reserves the right to immediately eject any attendee displaying aggressive, offensive, or disruptive behavior, or violating public decency laws, without refund or recourse. Personal Property: The Organizer assumes no liability for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings within the venue or parking areas. Damages: Attendees are fully liable for any damage they cause to the venue’s facilities, equipment, or property. 5. Media Rights & Photography Consent: By entering the venue, attendees grant the Organizer an irrevocable, perpetual right to film, photograph, and use their likeness for marketing, promotional, and archival purposes without compensation or approval. Restrictions: Personal photography via mobile phones is permitted. Professional cameras and commercial recording are strictly prohibited without prior written authorization. 6. Cancellation & Force Majeure In the event of cancellation or postponement due to Force Majeure (e.g., severe weather, government mandates), the Organizer’s and Njadwil’s liability is limited strictly to the refund of the ticket face value. No claims for additional expenses (e.g., travel, accommodation) will be entertained.
