The organizer may photograph or record the event (photo/video) for documentation or media purposes. Attendance implies consent to such use. 7. Guests must comply with all rules and instructions within the event venue and respect the venue’s property. 8. Bringing any items or equipment that may affect the safety of attendees or the flow of the event is prohibited. 9. The organizer reserves the right to make necessary adjustments to the program or schedule if required. 10. The organizer bears no responsibility for unused invitations in case of non-attendance.
