Terms and Conditions
1. By purchasing, issuing, using or accessing the Event Ticket, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, and that he complies with all instructions and policies issued by the Event Organizer, the Site Administration and the competent authorities.
2. LEAP Vibes | Side Event on September 1 at Al Malfi – Misk City, and the entry time and program will be according to the times indicated on the ticket or event page. The Organizer has the right to modify the opening times of the Doors or the start or end of the Event whenever operational or organizational requirements so require.
3. The ticket grants the holder the right to request entry to the event only, and is not considered a guarantee of entry in the event that the holder does not meet the entry requirements or violates these conditions, security and safety instructions or the requirements of the organiser.
4. The Event Organizer reserves the right to verify the identity of the Ticket Holder and may request the presentation of national ID, Iqama, Passport or any other approved identification document upon entry, in particular when the Ticket is associated with the name of a specific person or special invitation.
5. If some categories of attendees are subject to invitations, nominations or pre-approval, registration or submission of the application will not be considered a confirmation of attendance until the final approval or ticket approved by the Organiser has been issued.
6. It is prohibited to copy, share, reproduce, publish or photograph the Ticket or QR code for the purpose of enabling another person to use it. The first correct scan of the ticket is considered to be the authorized use, and neither the Organizer nor the Nadawel Platform is responsible for the use of the Ticket by another person as a result of the holder sharing or not maintaining it.
7. Tickets sold or issued to a specific person are for personal use according to their data, and the Organizer has the right to prevent their transfer, resale or circulation whenever the nature of the event or the category of the ticket requires it.
8. It is prohibited to resell tickets for commercial purposes or at higher prices or to distribute them within campaigns, contests or commercial offers without the prior written consent of the event organizer.
9. The Organizer has the right to cancel, resell or use any ticket that is proven to have been obtained fraudulently or illegally, or to use it in violation of these Terms, without prejudice to any other rights determined by the Law.
10. It is the responsibility of the Ticket Holder to ensure the correctness of the data recorded during the booking, including name, mobile number, email and any other required information, and neither the Organizer nor the Nadadul platform shall bear the consequences resulting from the entry of incorrect information by the User.
11. It is recommended to attend well in advance of the start of the event to complete the entry procedures and security verification. Neither the Organiser nor Najadul are responsible for late entry due to congestion, verification procedures or late arrival of the ticket holder.
12. The entry is subject to the approved capacity of the site and the security and safety controls and the instructions of the competent authorities, and the organizer has the right to regulate the times and routes of entry and exit to ensure the safety of attendance and the quality of the experience.
13. The purchase of a ticket or an invitation to meet any specific person, investor, official, speaker or representative does not guarantee the achievement of any investment, commercial opportunity, partnership or professional result as a result of attending the event.
14. The list of guests, participants, speakers, partners, sponsors, activities, experiences, event areas or the operational schedule may change without in itself constituting a reason for a refund, unless otherwise determined by the Organiser or required by applicable law.
15. The Event Organizer shall have the right to make operational adjustments to the Program or to arrange the Experiments, their locations, timings or content as it deems appropriate, whenever necessary for organizational, operational, security reasons or for reasons beyond its control.
16. Tickets are non-refundable or exchangeable after the completion of the purchase, except in cases where the Organizer decides otherwise or where a refund is due under the applicable laws and regulations.
17. In the event of a final cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the value of the tickets eligible for refund will be processed in accordance with the policy announced by the Organizer and in accordance with the applicable regulations, and the liability does not include any other expenses incurred by the Ticket Holder such as travel, accommodation, transportation or any personal obligations associated with attendance, to the extent permitted by the Regulations.
18. In the event of postponement or change of date, the organizer may approve the ticket for the new date or specify another mechanism to deal with it, and the approved procedure will be announced through the official communication channels.
19. To the extent permitted by applicable regulations, the Organiser or Nadawel Platform shall not be liable for the cancellation, postponement or alteration of any details of the Event resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including government decisions, security conditions, weather conditions, disasters, infrastructure failures, service interruptions or force majeure situations.
20. All attendees shall be obliged to deceive and professional conduct and respect the attendees, employees and representatives of the participating entities, and shall prohibit any conduct that includes abuse, harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, intentional disturbance, or disturbance of public order.
21. The Event Organizer, Site Management and Security Authorities reserve the right to refuse to enter or remove any person from the Site if he causes a breach of the system, endangers the safety of others, or violates the instructions, regulations or conditions of the event, and this may be done without refund of the ticket value whenever the violation is issued by the holder and in a manner that does not contradict the applicable regulations.
22. Attendees shall be subject to the security inspection procedures applied at the site when necessary, and the entry of any materials or tools that the organizer, the site management or security authorities deem may pose a danger, impede operation or affect the safety of the attendees.
23. It is prohibited to bring in weapons of all kinds, dangerous or flammable materials, statically prohibited substances, and any tools or materials that may be used to cause damage to persons or property.
24. The Organizer may place additional restrictions on the entry of food, beverages, large bags, professional photography equipment, recording devices, drones or any other equipment, in accordance with the instructions of the site and security and operating requirements.
25. Each attendee is responsible for his/her personal belongings while inside the event site, and neither the Organizer nor Najadul are responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal property except in cases where liability is proven in accordance with the applicable regulations.
26. The Ticket Holder is obliged to maintain the facilities and equipment of the Site and the property of the Organizer and the Participating Entities, and shall be responsible for any damages caused by it intentionally or as a result of its misuse, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
27. The event may be photographed or videotaped or portions of it may be recorded for documentation, media, marketing and public relations purposes, and attendees may appear casually in the public scenes of the event, in accordance with the applicable laws and policies.
28. Commercial photography, structured media interviews, professional live broadcasts, or the use of the Event Content for commercial or publicity purposes may not be conducted without obtaining the necessary approvals from the Event Organizer.
29. Attendees are obliged to respect the privacy of meetings and conversations held during the Event, and the nature of the Event shall not be considered as permission to record private conversations or photograph documents, screens or confidential information of participants without their consent.
30. Each attendee is responsible for the information they share with others and the agreements, discussions, deals or relationships they establish during the Event, and the Event Organizer or the Nadadul Platform is not a party to any agreement or obligation that arises between attendees or entrants unless expressly stated otherwise.
31. The opinions, statements, offers or information provided by speakers, guests, investors, sponsors or participants do not necessarily represent the opinion of the Event Organizer or the Najdul Platform, and any information circulated during the Event does not constitute investment, financial or legal advice issued by the Organizer or Najdul.
32. It is the attendee's responsibility to evaluate any investment, commercial or professional opportunity presented to him during the Event and to conduct the necessary due diligence before making any decision, and neither the Organizer nor the Nadawel Platform shall be responsible for decisions or losses resulting from independent transactions between the participants.
33. The Event may contain sound effects, lighting, visual displays, crowded areas or interactive experiences, and those with special circumstances or needs should consider this and communicate with the Event team as needed before participating in any Experience.
34. The attendees are obliged to follow the safety, evacuation and emergency instructions issued by the site management, the organizer and the competent authorities immediately, and the safety of persons shall be a priority over the continuation of any activity or program within the event.
35. If exit and re-entry are permitted, this is subject to the mechanism determined by the Organiser on the site. The Ticket Holder shall not be entitled to assume re-entry unless confirmed by the Event Team.
36. Any special benefits, services or areas associated with a particular category of Tickets are exclusive to holders of that category, and the Ticket Holder shall not be entitled to claim access to an area or service not covered by its Ticket Category.
37. All prices, fees and taxes that appear during the booking process are applied as shown to the user prior to the completion of the payment process, and the payment process is considered as an approval of the total amount offered.
38. Najadul operates as the technical platform used to manage registration, ticketing or payments and associated technical services, while unless expressly stated otherwise, the organization of the event, its content, program, field operation and decisions rests with the organizer of the event.
39. Najadul is not responsible for changes to the program, guests, speakers, event content, entry decisions, or any operational action taken by the event organizer or the site administration, except in connection with the services provided by Najadul directly and within its statutory responsibility.
40. In the event of a technical issue related to the Ticket, the Ticket Holder is obliged to contact the approved support channels and provide the necessary data to verify the booking process, and the existence of a remedial issue in the display or receipt of the Ticket shall not be considered as an automatic reason for a refund if the reservation is proven and verifiable.
41. The User agrees to use his/her data necessary to manage registration, issue tickets, verify access, communicate about the event and send relevant operational updates, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
42. The data necessary for the management of the event may be shared between the Najadul platform, the event organizer and the authorized service providers to the extent necessary to carry out the booking, operation of the event, security, entry and communication with attendees, in accordance with the legal requirements related to the protection of personal data.
43. Official approved registration and payment channels must be used for the event, and neither the Organizer nor Nadawel Platform is responsible for tickets, payments or invitations obtained from unauthorized parties or persons.
44. The Event Management reserves the right to update operational or security instructions when necessary, including entry and exit instructions, parking, mobility and areas designated for attendees, and the attendee shall abide by the instructions announced or communicated to him at the event site.
45. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or contrary to a mandatory provision of the applicable regulations, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, and the provision shall apply to the extent that it is in accordance with the Regulations.
46. These Terms and Effectiveness shall be governed by the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the judicial or competent authorities in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
47. In no event shall any provision of these Terms be intended to exclude or limit any right or liability that may not be legally excluded or restricted.
48. The Ticket Holder's continued booking and issuance or use of the Ticket to enter the Event shall be deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any Event related policies presented to him or her during the booking process.
