1. Completing a reservation through the Njadwil platform constitutes full and final acceptance of all the terms and conditions stated below. 2. Each ticket is valid for single entry only, on the specified date and time. Re-entry after exit is not permitted. 3. All reservations are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-modifiable once the purchase is completed, for any reason whatsoever. 4. Guests are responsible for arriving on time. Neither the organizer nor the Njadwil platform shall be held liable for late arrival or no-show. 5. Visitors must respect the facilities and public property. Any damage resulting from misuse shall be the sole responsibility of the guest. 6. Bringing food or beverages from outside the venue is strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved by the organizer. 7. Sharp objects, hazardous materials, or any items that may pose a safety risk are strictly prohibited inside the venue. 8. All marine activities are subject to approved safety regulations. Guests must fully comply with the instructions of the operations team and lifeguards. The organizer reserves the right to suspend or terminate any activity in case of non-compliance. 9. Guests participate in entertainment activities at their own risk and are fully responsible for their personal safety, while strictly adhering to the use of designated safety equipment. 10. The children’s area is designated for the age group specified by the organizer and remains under the responsibility and supervision of parents or guardians at all times. 11. The organizer reserves the right to manage entry, seating arrangements, and to modify seating locations when necessary to ensure public safety and maintain the quality of the experience, without affecting the core service. 12. The organizer reserves the right to temporarily suspend or cancel any activity due to weather conditions, operational reasons, or force majeure, without any obligation to provide compensation. 13. Any inappropriate behavior or conduct contrary to public morals is strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to remove any violating guest without entitlement to a refund. 14. Photography is permitted for personal use only. Commercial or professional photography is strictly prohibited without prior written approval from the organizer. 15. Neither the organizer nor the Njadwil platform shall be held responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings within the venue.
