Entry and Tickets 1.1 A valid ticket must be presented upon entry (paper or digital). 1.2 Children under the age of ten (10) are allowed to enter free of charge without the need for a ticket. 1.3 All attendees must be under the age of 18 accompanied by a parent. 1.4 The Collectors Fest: Take of Off has the right to refuse entry to any person without obligation to provide any justification. 1.5 Tickets are personal, non-transferable, and valid for the date of the event specified at the time of purchase only. 2. People with disabilities and accessibility 2.1 The Collectors Fest: Take of is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all attendees, including people with disabilities and people with disabilities. 2.2 Attendees who require special arrangements are encouraged to contact us in advance via [email protected] to ensure the best possible experience. 2.3 The Collectors Fest: Take of is not responsible for any accessibility restrictions attributable to the facility that are beyond our reasonable control. 3. Refund and Cancellation Policy 3.1 All ticket sales are final. The Buyer is not entitled to claim a refund or to replace or transfer the Ticket under any circumstances, including a change of personal appointments, illness or any other reasons. 3.2 In the event of postponement or cancellation of the Event, Ticket Holders will be notified via the contact information provided at the time of purchase. Organizers have the right to provide credit for a future version in lieu of redemption at their sole discretion. 3.3 The Collectors Fest: Take of shall not be liable for any indirect losses resulting from postponement or cancellation, including travel and accommodation costs. 4. Photography and Media 4.1 By entering the Event, you agree that you may be photographed, videotaped, or documented by any other media. 4.2 The Organisers have the right to use the content captured during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation or prior notice. 4.3 Attendees who do not wish to appear in the official content are responsible for informing the Event team on the Site. 5. Conduct and Safety 5.1 All attendees are expected to treat other visitors, vendors, sponsors and staff with respect. 5.2 The Collectors Fest: Take Off has the right to remove any attendee whose behavior is considered to be harassing, abusive or harmful to others, without refund of the Ticket. 5.3 The attendee shall be solely financially responsible for any damages caused to the Establishment, to the Vendors' exhibits or to the Event Equipment. 5.4 Neither The Collectorsfest: Take Off nor its organisers, partners or sponsors shall be liable for any loss, theft, injury or damage to persons or property during or on the sidelines of the Event. 6. Adjustments to the Event 6.1 The Collectors Fest: Take Off has the right to make adjustments to the event programme, schedule or venue at any time without prior notice. 6.2 Entry to the Event is your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 7.
