Please read the following terms and conditions carefully, and upon completion of the booking is a full acceptance of all the terms listed below: 1. Booking and Entry *Booking is valid for the selected date and time only. *Ticket or booking code must be presented upon arrival upon request. * The tenant is obliged to enter and exit within the period specified in the reservation. * The tenant is not entitled to stay after the expiry of the reservation period except with the approval of the Mashta administration and subject to availability. 2. Duration of the booking * Minimum booking is 3 hours. * Maximum booking is 6 hours. * The booking period starts from the time specified in the ticket and not from the actual arrival time. 3. Number of visitors *Maximum allowed is 15 people. * It is forbidden to exceed the number specified in the reservation without prior approval from the management of Mashta. * The Department has the right to refuse entry to any additional persons or to charge additional fees according to the approved policy. 4. Vehicles and Parking * Each booking includes free parking for a maximum of 3 cars only. * In case of more than 3 cars, an additional fee will be charged for each excess car according to the approved tariff. * Vehicles must be parked in designated areas only. 5. Maintenance of Facilities and Contents * The tenant and the person reserved for them are obliged to maintain all facilities, equipment and contents inside and outside the caravan. * It is forbidden to transmit, remove or tamper with any of the contents of the website. * The lessee is obliged to deliver the caravan in the same condition as it was received. 6. Damages and Indemnities * The Tenant is fully responsible for any damage, loss or damage to the property or equipment during the Booking Period. * The management of Mashta has the right to demand that the tenant pay the costs of repair or replacement according to the actual value of the damage. 7. Hygiene * The site must be kept clean throughout the booking period. * The tenant is obliged to collect the waste and place it in the designated places. * The management has the right to charge additional cleaning fees in case the site is left in an inappropriate condition. 8. Safety and Responsibility * The Tenant is responsible for all persons covered by the reservation for the duration of the use. * Any conduct that may cause harm to persons or property or violate applicable regulations and instructions is prohibited. * Mashta management is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse or non-compliance with safety guidelines. 9. Personal Belongings * The management of Mashta is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of visitors' personal belongings. * Visitors are responsible for maintaining their own belongings for the duration of the booking. 10. Noise and general behavior * You must adhere to public etiquette and do not disturb others or cause any inappropriate behavior. * The Department has the right to terminate the seizure immediately in case of any actions that violate the regulations or violate public morals without any compensation. 11. Cancellation and Refund * Once confirmed, the reservation can only be refunded according to the approved cancellation policy announced on the booking page. * In case the tenant does not show up on time, the reservation is considered used and he is not entitled to claim compensation or refund. 12. Contingency * Mishta Management is not responsible for any delay or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond its control such as weather conditions, public holidays, government decisions or force majeure situations. 13. Right of Administration * Mashta management reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking in violation of these terms and conditions or operational instructions. * The Department has the right to take the necessary measures to maintain the safety of the Site, visitors and property. 14. Acknowledgment * Upon completion of the reservation, the Tenant acknowledges that he has read, understood, agreed to and adheres to all the terms and conditions and that of all persons covered by the reservation.
