Terms & Conditions – Ain Zubaida Event Ticket & Entry Tickets are electronic (QR) and valid for one person unless stated otherwise. A valid ticket must be presented at entry. ID verification may be requested when needed. Entry will be denied if the ticket is invalid, previously used, duplicated, or tampered with. Purchasing a ticket constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. Entry Time & Capacity Attendees must comply with the ticket date/time (if tickets are time-slotted). The Organizer may manage entry based on capacity and safety requirements, including temporary delays to ensure visitor safety. Re-entry Re-entry is allowed on the same day only in accordance with the Organizer’s operational controls (e.g., wristband/stamp/re-scan) and subject to venue capacity. The Organizer may temporarily suspend re-entry due to full capacity or for operational/security reasons. Children Children aged 5 years and under enter free of charge. Children above 5 years require a ticket. Children remain under the full responsibility of their accompanying guardian at all times. Conduct & Safety Any inappropriate, disruptive, or unsafe behavior is prohibited. Visitors must follow designated routes and must not access restricted areas or damage venue facilities. The Organizer/security may remove any violating attendee without refund or compensation. Security Check & Prohibited Items Security screening may be conducted in accordance with applicable regulations. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons, sharp objects, fireworks, illegal substances, hazardous materials, or any items deemed unsafe by the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry of any items considered inappropriate or unsafe. Photography Personal photography is permitted unless restricted in specific areas. Commercial/professional photography requires prior written approval from the Organizer. On-site Content & Vendors Some activities/experiences may be capacity-limited or require waiting times. Purchases from booths/vendors are the responsibility of participating vendors. The Organizer is not responsible for the quality of third-party products/services. Changes, Closure & Force Majeure The Organizer may adjust operating hours, content, or entry management when necessary. In case of cancellation, emergency closure, or force majeure (e.g., official directives, weather, security/operational incidents), the refund policy below applies in compliance with applicable regulations. Refund/Exchange Policy (Strict) Tickets are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-exchangeable after purchase for any reason, including no-show, late arrival, or change of mind. Sole exception: If the event is fully cancelled by the Organizer, refunds will be processed in accordance with the ticketing platform’s procedures (platform/service fees may be non-refundable per platform policy). All refund requests must be submitted through the ticketing platform only; requests outside the platform will not be accepted. Limitation of Liability Attendance is at the visitor’s own risk, and all safety instructions must be followed. The Organizer is not liable for loss or damage of personal belongings. Privacy Purchase data will be processed in accordance with the ticketing platform’s privacy policy and applicable regulations.
