Terms and Conditions
1. The Terms and Conditions of the Njadwil Platform, the Privacy Policy, the Refund Policy, the Organizer’s specific terms, and all information and instructions displayed on the Event page collectively constitute a binding agreement among the parties. Each shall apply within its respective scope, subject to the prevailing laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. Completing the purchase or reservation of a ticket, or clicking the “Complete Payment” button, constitutes the Purchaser’s and Ticket Holder’s express and final acceptance of all the aforementioned terms and conditions and their acknowledgment that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with them.
3. If a person purchases a ticket on behalf of another person, the Purchaser must inform the Ticket Holder of all terms, conditions, and instructions relating to the Event. The Ticket Holder shall be bound by them upon using the ticket or attending the Event.
4. The Purchaser bears full responsibility for verifying the Event name, date, time, location, ticket category, number of tickets, price, and entered information before completing payment. Neither the Njadwil Platform nor the Organizer shall be responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or the selection of an unsuitable ticket or time.
5. All ticket sales are final. Once payment has been completed and the ticket has been issued, the ticket may not be canceled, exchanged, or refunded, either in whole or in part.
6. Neither the Purchaser nor the Ticket Holder shall have any right to a refund due to non-attendance, late arrival, a change of mind, selection errors, duplicate purchases, scheduling conflicts, travel, work or health circumstances, transportation disruption, or any other personal reason.
7. The prohibition on refunds shall apply except where the Organizer formally approves otherwise in writing, where a Refund Guarantee purchased separately applies and all of its conditions have been satisfied, or where the applicable laws and regulations require otherwise.
8. Service fees, administrative fees, payment gateway fees, and fees for additional services, including Reminder Service or Refund Guarantee fees where available, are governed by their respective terms and are non-refundable unless the published policy or applicable laws provide otherwise.
9. Submitting a refund or cancellation request or disputing a transaction shall not constitute approval of such request. No refund shall be deemed approved unless formal written approval is issued by the duly authorized party.
10. If the Event is permanently canceled by the Organizer, tickets shall be processed in accordance with the policy announced by the Organizer and the applicable laws. The Njadwil Platform’s role shall be limited to carrying out the approved technical and financial procedures in accordance with the relevant instructions.
11. The Njadwil Platform shall not be responsible for compensating the Ticket Holder for any costs or losses associated with the cancellation or postponement of the Event, including travel, accommodation, transportation, leave, or any other expenses or losses, other than the ticket value that the Organizer or applicable laws may determine should be refunded.
12. The Organizer may, where necessary, change the Event’s date, location, duration, or certain operational arrangements. The ticket shall remain valid for the new date or location unless the Organizer announces otherwise, subject to any rights granted under applicable laws in the event of a material change.
13. The Organizer may update the Event schedule, session times, speakers, content, order of activities, or program duration, or cancel and replace certain activities. Such non-material changes shall not entitle the Ticket Holder to cancellation or a refund.
14. The ticket constitutes a limited and revocable license to enter the Event in accordance with its category and conditions. It grants the Ticket Holder no rights other than the benefits expressly stated at the time of purchase.
15. The original electronic ticket must be presented upon entry. The Organizer may request proof of identity and verify that it matches the Ticket Holder’s information whenever necessary. Admission may be denied if the validity of the ticket or the identity of its holder cannot be verified.
16. The ticket is valid for one-time use only. Copying, forging, modifying, reusing, or sharing its code with others is prohibited. The ticket shall become invalid once check-in is completed or its code is scanned in accordance with the Event’s admission system.
17. The Ticket Holder is responsible for safeguarding the ticket and its admission code. Neither the Njadwil Platform nor the Organizer shall be responsible if another person uses the ticket because it was shared, published, lost, or inadequately protected.
18. If a ticket is found to have been previously used, copied, or unlawfully circulated, the Organizer may deny admission without compensation. The holder of the first valid ticket successfully verified shall have priority of admission unless the Organizer determines otherwise.
19. A ticket may not be transferred or resold except through the official methods approved by the Njadwil Platform. Fraudulent or exploitative resale, or the use of tickets for commercial or promotional purposes without prior approval, is prohibited.
20. When a ticket is officially transferred to another person, its usage rights shall transfer to the new beneficiary, and the previous holder’s right to use it shall be canceled. The new beneficiary shall be bound by all terms and conditions of the Event and the Platform.
21. The Ticket Holder must arrive at the specified times. Late arrival may result in denial of entry to the Event or certain sessions without any right to a refund or compensation.
22. The ticket does not guarantee a designated seat or admission to all sessions or ancillary areas within the Event unless expressly stated in the ticket description. Entry to certain sessions or facilities may be subject to capacity, order of arrival, and internal organizational arrangements.
23. The Attendee is responsible for ensuring that all admission requirements are satisfied, including age requirements, professional registration, identification, dress code, or any other published requirements. The Attendee shall not be entitled to a refund if admission is denied due to failure to meet such requirements.
24. The Attendee must comply with all instructions issued by the Organizer, reception team, security personnel, and venue management and must follow all applicable health, safety, and organizational procedures at the Event venue.
25. Any conduct that violates public order, public morals, or the safety of others, abuses Attendees, speakers, or Organizers, disrupts the Event, or adversely affects the overall experience is prohibited.
26. The Organizer may deny admission to or remove any person who violates the terms or instructions, misuses a ticket, or poses a risk or disturbance to others, without refunding the ticket price or paying compensation. The Organizer reserves the right to take any necessary legal action.
27. Bringing prohibited or dangerous materials, unauthorized equipment, or outside food and beverages where prohibited by the venue is not permitted. Distributing publications, products, gifts, or promotional materials or conducting sales or marketing activities within the Event without prior written approval is also prohibited.
28. All sessions, presentations, scientific and training materials, and audiovisual content are protected by intellectual property rights. Photographing, recording, broadcasting, copying, republishing, or commercially using such content without the rights holders’ written approval is prohibited.
29. The Event may be photographed or recorded visually or audibly for documentation, media, and marketing purposes. By completing the purchase and attending the Event, the Attendee acknowledges being informed of this and, to the extent permitted by law, consents to potentially appearing incidentally or as part of a group in published Event materials.
30. The Attendee participates in the Event voluntarily and is responsible for determining whether attendance or participation is suitable for their health condition. The Organizer must be informed in advance of any special requirements that may affect the Attendee’s safety or require additional arrangements.
31. Neither the Organizer nor the Njadwil Platform shall be responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings at the Event venue. The Attendee is responsible for safeguarding personal belongings throughout their presence at the venue.
32. The Attendee shall be responsible for any damage caused intentionally or through negligence to the venue, Event equipment, or the property of others. The affected party may claim the value of the damage and any resulting costs.
33. The Purchaser agrees that personal data may be collected, processed, and, where necessary, shared among the Njadwil Platform, the Organizer, and relevant service providers for the purposes of issuing tickets, managing admission, communicating about the Event, and processing the financial transaction, in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
34. The Purchaser agrees to receive operational messages and notifications relating to the ticket and the Event through the registered mobile number, email address, or application notifications and is responsible for ensuring that contact details are accurate and up to date.
35. The Organizer is responsible for organizing the Event, its content, program, speakers, venue, licenses, safety procedures, quality of services provided at the venue, and all decisions relating to its amendment, postponement, or cancellation.
36. The Njadwil Platform operates as a technology platform for managing reservations, issuing tickets, and facilitating payment and admission processes. It shall not be considered the Organizer or operator of the Event unless expressly stated otherwise and shall not be responsible for the Event’s content, delivery, or any information or changes provided by the Organizer.
37. The Njadwil Platform’s responsibility is limited to the technology services it directly provides. To the extent permitted by law, it shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from the actions of the Organizer, venue, speakers, suppliers, Attendees, or any third party.
38. Certain services may rely on payment providers, telecommunications providers, or third-party technology systems. The Njadwil Platform shall not be responsible for disruptions beyond its control, provided that it makes reasonable efforts to address matters falling within the scope of its services.
39. Neither the Organizer nor the Njadwil Platform shall be responsible for delays, amendments, suspensions, or cancellations resulting from force majeure or events beyond their reasonable control, including official decisions, weather conditions, disasters, epidemics, widespread service disruptions, or security conditions. Tickets shall be processed in accordance with applicable laws and the policy announced for each case.
40. To the extent permitted by law, neither the Organizer nor the Njadwil Platform shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of opportunities or profits, or travel and accommodation expenses resulting from attending, modifying, or being unable to hold the Event.
41. The Njadwil Platform or the Organizer may suspend or cancel any ticket or transaction suspected of being connected to fraud, misuse, unauthorized payment, or a violation of these terms while reserving the right to claim costs and damages and take any applicable legal action.
42. Filing an invalid payment dispute or requesting a chargeback through a bank shall not cancel the Purchaser’s obligations. The affected party may provide evidence of the transaction’s validity and pursue its rights in accordance with applicable laws.
43. These terms may be updated for future purchases, and the version displayed at the time of completing the purchase shall govern that transaction. The Organizer may update operational, admission, and safety instructions whenever necessary, and the Attendee must comply with the instructions in effect at the time of the Event.
44. Notifications sent to the Purchaser’s registered contact details or published through the Event page or the Njadwil Platform shall constitute a valid means of communicating updates. The Purchaser is responsible for monitoring such messages and ensuring that the registered information is accurate.
45. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
46. If any provision of these terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The affected provision shall be interpreted to the extent necessary to achieve its intended purpose within the limits of applicable laws.
47. Any failure by the Njadwil Platform or the Organizer to exercise a right granted under these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right. They shall retain the right to exercise it at any time in accordance with applicable laws.
