1. Purchase or reservation of a ticket means that the attendee agrees to all the terms and conditions of the event. 2. The e-ticket must be presented upon entry, and the organizer has the right to verify the identity of the ticket holder if needed. 3. The ticket is valid for use by the holder only, and it is forbidden to copy or reuse it after logging in. 4. Entry to the event is subject to the capacity and internal organization approved by the Organising Authority. 5. Attendance and registration times must be adhered to as indicated in the event schedule, and the organizer may not be responsible for the attende's late for any session or program. 6. The attendees are obliged to follow the instructions of the organizers and the reception and security team inside the event venue. 7. Any behavior that disturbs public order or affects the attendance experience or the progress of the scientific program is prohibited. 8. The Organizer has the right to deny entry or exit of any person who violates the instructions or misuses the ticket without compensation. 9. The Event may be photographed or visually for documentation and marketing purposes, and by attending you agree to be featured in the Event Media Materials. 10. It is forbidden to photograph or record scientific sessions or training content without prior approval from the organizer. 11. Event schedule, speakers and session dates can be updated or amended by the organizer when needed. 12. In the event of any change in the program or timings, it will be dealt with as the organizer deems appropriate and in the interest of the event. 13. The Organiser is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings inside the venue. 14. Site facilities must be maintained and the regulations and instructions of the event venue must be adhered to. 15. No materials, equipment or promotional products are allowed to enter the Event Venue without prior approval from the Organiser. 16. Tickets are non-refundable except in cases approved by the Organiser. 17. In case the event is cancelled by the Organiser, the tickets will be processed in accordance with the policy announced by the Organiser. 18. Najadul Platform acts as a technical platform for issuing and managing tickets, and is not responsible for the organization of the event, its content or any changes made to it by the Organizer. 19. The attendee shall abide by the regulations and instructions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. 20. The Organiser reserves the right to update these terms and conditions as and when necessary.
