1. Purchasing or booking a ticket through the Njadwil platform means the buyer agrees to all the terms and conditions of the event. 2. The ticket is valid for one person only to attend the event on the date and time specified on the ticket. 3. The electronic ticket must be presented via the Njadwil application or website at the entrance gate for verification before entry is permitted. 4. Attendees are advised to arrive before the show start time to ensure smooth entry and avoid congestion. 5. The organizer reserves the right to manage the entry process and seat allocation in accordance with venue organization and safety requirements. 6. Entry may be restricted after the show has started, or attendees may be admitted at an appropriate time as determined by the organizer to avoid disturbing the performance. 7. Tickets can be refunded only before the event starts through the Refund Guarantee service on the Njadwil platform, according to the platform’s refund policy and applicable refund fees. 8. Tickets cannot be refunded after the event has started or once the ticket has been used for entry. 9. Reselling tickets or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written approval from the organizer. 10. All attendees must comply with public etiquette and the regulations of the event venue. 11. The organizer has the right to deny entry or remove any person who violates the rules or causes disturbance without refunding the ticket price. 12. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the venue unless permitted by the venue management. 13. Dangerous materials or items that may affect the safety of attendees or the event operations are strictly prohibited. 14. Photography and video recording may take place during the event for media or promotional purposes, and attendance implies consent to appear in such materials. 15. The organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal belongings inside the event venue. 16. Attendees are fully responsible for respecting venue property and following all organizational instructions inside the venue. 17. In case of circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, some event details may be modified or adjusted to ensure the event continues appropriately. 18. The organizer reserves the right to change or adjust seat assignments due to operational or organizational requirements, while ensuring a suitable seat is provided. 19. If attendees leave the venue after entry, re-entry may not be permitted unless allowed by the venue regulations. 20. Lost or damaged tickets are the responsibility of the ticket holder, and the electronic ticket or entry method must be retained. 21. Attendees must avoid blocking the view or disturbing other attendees during the show. 22. Recording or broadcasting the performance in full or in part for commercial purposes is prohibited without approval from the organizer. 23. The organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond control. 24. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, tickets will be handled according to the refund policy of the Njadwil platform. 25. The event may be subject to additional organizational or security procedures determined by the venue or relevant authorities.
