1️⃣ Registration & Entry • Entry to the event requires prior registration through the approved platform or presenting a valid entry ticket upon arrival. • The organizer reserves the right to verify visitor information before granting access. 2️⃣ Nature of the Event • The event is a real estate exhibition and investment season aimed at showcasing property opportunities and facilitating engagement between visitors and participating entities. • All information, offers, and materials presented by participating entities are provided under their sole responsibility. 3️⃣ Offers & Real Estate Opportunities • All offers and discounts announced during the season are valid only for the duration of the event, unless otherwise stated by the exhibiting entity. • Prices, financing terms, and property specifications are subject to the terms presented directly by the developer or financing entity. 4️⃣ Financing & Documentation • Financing approvals are subject to the terms and conditions of the approved financing institutions, and the organizer does not guarantee approval of all applications. • Any documentation, notarization, or ownership transfer procedures shall be conducted in accordance with the regulations of the relevant official authorities. 5️⃣ Legal Liability • The organizer bears no legal or financial responsibility for any agreements or contracts entered into between visitors and participating entities. • All contractual obligations are undertaken directly between the relevant parties. 6️⃣ Photography & Media • By attending the event, visitors consent to being photographed or recorded within the event premises, and to the use of such materials for media or promotional purposes without any financial claims. 7️⃣ Code of Conduct • Visitors must comply with all rules and instructions applicable within the event venue and maintain public order. • The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to or remove any individual whose behavior disrupts the event or violates the regulations. 8️⃣ Amendments & Organization • The organizer reserves the right to amend the event schedule, organization, or any of these terms and conditions when necessary, with notification provided through official channels. 9️⃣ Force Majeure • The organizer shall not be held liable for any cancellation or postponement of the event due to circumstances beyond its control.
