Acceptance of Terms Completing a booking or purchasing a ticket through the Njadwil platform constitutes the customer’s full agreement to all terms, conditions, and policies applied by the court management and the platform. 2. Booking Validity The booking is valid only for the specified date and time. It cannot be used at another time unless approved by the court management and subject to availability. 3. Arrival on Time Players must arrive sufficiently before the scheduled booking time. In case of late arrival, the playing time may be reduced or the booking may be canceled without compensation according to the operational policy and booking schedule. 4. Booking Verification The electronic ticket or booking code issued through the Njadwil platform must be presented upon arrival. The court management has the right to refuse entry if the booking cannot be verified. 5. Number of Players Use of the court is limited to the number of players specified in the booking. Exceeding the permitted number is not allowed unless approved by the court management. 6. Safety Rules All players must follow safety rules and instructions within the court and use the equipment in a safe manner. The court management is not responsible for any injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions. 7. Personal Responsibility The player bears full responsibility for their personal safety and the safety of their companions while using the court and confirms that they are medically fit and capable of participating in sports activities. 8. Damages and Property The player or the person who made the booking is responsible for any damage or loss caused to facilities or equipment due to misuse, and the court management has the right to claim compensation for damages. 9. Operational Management The court management reserves the right to organize the use of courts or adjust playing times or booking allocations according to operational requirements. 10. Weather Conditions Since the courts are outdoor courts, bookings may be postponed or rescheduled in case of unsuitable weather conditions as determined by the court management. 11. Refund Policy Bookings may only be refunded before the scheduled time through the Refund Guarantee service on the Njadwil platform according to the approved refund policy and applicable fees. 12. Booking Cancellation by Management The court management reserves the right to cancel or modify any booking in emergency situations or for operational reasons, with rescheduling or compensation provided as determined by the management. 13. Conduct Within the Court Players must maintain appropriate sportsmanship and respectful behavior. The court management has the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who violates rules or causes disturbance. 14. Platform Responsibility Njadwil operates as a technical platform for managing bookings and tickets and is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or disputes that may occur during the use of the court. 15. Amendments to Terms The court management or the Njadwil platform reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updates.
