1. Event Entry • Entry to the event requires a valid ticket. • The electronic or printed ticket must be presented at the gate. • Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 2. Conduct Inside the Event • Any inappropriate behavior, violation of public morals, or disturbance to visitors is strictly prohibited. • The organizer has the right to remove any visitor who violates the rules without compensation. 3. Merchandise & Products • Vendors are fully responsible for their products, their quality, and authenticity. • The organizer bears no responsibility for sales or exchanges between visitors or with vendors. 4. Photography & Media Content • Attending the event constitutes consent to appear in photos and videos used for promotional and media purposes. • Filming individuals without their permission is prohibited. 5. Safety & Security • Hazardous or prohibited materials or any items that may cause harm are not allowed. • Visitors must follow the security team’s instructions inside the event. 6. Lost & Found • The organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings inside the event. • Lost items may be submitted to or collected from the reception desk. 7. Children • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. • The guardian is fully responsible for the child’s safety. 8. Event Changes • The organizer has the right to alter the event date or venue if necessary without any liability. • The organizer may modify these terms and conditions at any time. 9. Competitions & Activities • Participants must follow the rules of each competition or activity as announced at the time. • Decisions made by judges and organizers are final and not subject to appeal. 10. Legal Liability • The organizer is not responsible for any physical or material damages resulting from misuse of facilities or failure to follow instructions.
