Terms and Conditions
1. For the purposes of these Terms, "Event" means the play "Hooligan Forest", "Organiser" means the owner of the Event or the producer or operator described on the booking page, "Najdul" means the Najjool platform and its operator, "Buyer" means the person who completed the purchase, and "Ticket Holder" means any person who uses the Ticket to enter.
2. Completion of the Ticket Purchase process constitutes the express and final acceptance by the Buyer and the Ticket Holder to these Terms and Conditions, and to the policies of the Organizer, the Website and the relevant Nadawel Platform.
3. The Buyer acknowledges that he has the necessary legal capacity to complete the Purchase, and that all information and data provided by him is correct and up-to-date.
4. If the Buyer purchases Tickets for other persons, it is their responsibility to inform them of these Terms and ensure that they comply with them, and their use of the Tickets shall be deemed to be their acceptance of these Terms.
5. The buyer is fully responsible for verifying the event name, date and time of the show, its location, ticket category, number of tickets, seats, and total amount before confirming the payment.
6. Neither the Organizer nor Scheduling shall be responsible for errors resulting from the Buyer's selection of an incorrect date, time, category or quantity.
7. The booking process is not considered complete until the payment process is successful and a confirmed application number or e-ticket is issued from the Najdol platform.
8. The appearance of a pending or reserved amount in the bank account does not mean that the booking has been confirmed unless the ticket has been issued, and the pending amounts are subject to the procedures of the bank or the payment service provider.
9. If the ticket does not arrive due to an incorrect mobile number or email, full message box, block settings, or poor connection, this shall not be considered a cancellation of the reservation or a reason for a refund whenever the ticket is available in the buyer's account or Nadatable has been able to resend it.
10. The Buyer should review the ticket data immediately after its issuance and contact Nadael support without delay when noticing any error issued by the platform.
11. The prices, duties and taxes displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase are approved and approved by the buyer at the time of payment.
12. No retroactive offer, discount or promo code shall be valid on tickets purchased prior to the start of the offer or without using the code in the correct manner.
13. Offers or discounts can only be combined if the offer expressly states so.
14. All tickets sold are final and are non-refundable, exchanged, cancelled or modified after the completion of the purchase, unless the offer is cancelled or applicable regulations otherwise require.
15. The Buyer or the Ticket Holder shall not be entitled to request a refund due to change of desire, inappropriateness of appointment, mistake in selection, no-show, tardiness, illness, work or study conditions, transportation disruption, road congestion, difficulty finding a stop, usual weather conditions, travel, loss of ticket, or any other personal circumstance.
16. Failure to use the Ticket or leave the Offer before it expires does not entail any right of refund or compensation.
17. The date, time, class, seat or name of the ticket may not be changed after it has been issued, unless the Organiser expressly allows or schedules.
18. Any exception or assistance provided by the Organiser or we schedule in a particular case is a discretionary measure specific to that case, and does not create an acquired right and does not require the exception to apply to other cases.
19. Fees for optional additional services, such as reminders or other digital services, are independent of the entry fee and are non-refundable once activated, executed or transmitted, unless otherwise required by regulations.
20. If the Customer purchases a standalone Refund Guarantee service, its own terms, scope of coverage, duration and exclusions shall apply, and the purchase of the Ticket alone shall not constitute a subscription to the Refund Guarantee.
21. In the event of a final cancellation of the offer by the Organiser, the amounts due will be processed in accordance with the policy announced by the Organiser and the applicable regulations.
22. Any refunds are made through the original payment method where possible, and the amount may take additional time to appear in the customer's account as determined by banks and payment networks.
23. Nadawul's liability for the refund process shall terminate upon successful transmission of the amount to the appropriate payment instrument or financial authority, and Nadawel shall not be responsible for the subsequent delay caused by the bank, card network or payment service provider.
24. If it is not possible to return to the original means of payment for technical or banking reasons, an approved alternative method may be used after verifying the identity of the beneficiary and in accordance with the legal procedures.
25. In the event of postponement or rescheduling, the ticket will remain valid for the new date unless otherwise announced by the Organiser, and the announced postponement and refund policy and applicable regulations apply.
26. The Organizer shall have the right to make non-material changes to the opening time, start time, duration, paragraphs, arrangements, team, crew, decorations, effects or operational requirements, as necessary, without entailing a refund of the value of the ticket, as long as the substance of the offer remains.
27. The start of the Promotion may be delayed for operational, technical, security or public access regulation reasons, and reasonable delay does not give rise to a right to refund or compensation.
28. If the offer is temporarily suspended for technical, security or emergency reasons and then resumes within a reasonable time, the temporary suspension does not entail a right of refund.
29. If the offer is shortened or terminated due to an emergency circumstance, the Organizer shall determine the appropriate action according to the duration of the offer in force, the nature of the reason and the applicable regulations.
30. Situations of force majeure and uncontrolled circumstances include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, fires, power outages, public breakdowns, epidemics, government decisions, official mourning, security disturbances, inability to use the Site, and any circumstance that cannot reasonably be foreseen or prevented.
31. In cases of force majeure, the offer may be postponed, relocated, capacity modified, or cancelled, and the rights related to tickets shall be determined in accordance with the rules and policy promulgated.
32. Images, designs, advertisements and promotional clips used to promote the event are of a marketing nature, and some details of decoration, costumes, effects, or artistic arrangement may differ in the actual presentation, and non-material differences are not grounds for refund.
33. Artistic and personal opinions and preferences vary from person to person, and the Ticket Holder's dissatisfaction with the story, performance, content or level of personal enjoyment shall not be grounds for a refund once the advertised offer has been materially made.
34. The announced times and periods of the presentation are estimated and subject to change according to technical and operational requirements.
35. It is the buyer's responsibility to follow up on the event page and the messages and alerts sent to the registered contact details for any updates related to the offer.
36. Notifications sent via the App, SMS, WhatsApp, email or posted on the Event Page are a valid means of informing the Buyer of updates.
37. The original e-ticket and barcode must be clearly presented at the entry gate, and the Organiser has the right to request proof of identity or proof of purchase if required.
38. The ticket is valid for entry only once, and becomes invalid after the first successful barcode scanning.
39. When there is more than one copy of the same ticket, the first scanned copy will be approved, and all subsequent copies will be rejected without refund or compensation.
40. The Buyer and the Ticket Holder are responsible for protecting the Ticket and Barcode and not sharing, posting, photographing or transmitting them to any untrustworthy person.
41. Neither the Organiser nor the Ticket Schedule shall be responsible for the use of the Ticket by another person as a result of barcode sharing, loss of the phone, hacking of the account or negligence of the Ticket holder.
42. Tickets that are forged, modified, copied or purchased from unapproved sources are considered null and void, and the Organizer has the right to reject them and take legal action in this regard.
43. It is prohibited to sell, resell, offer for sale for profit, or use in contests, campaigns or commercial offers without the written consent of the Organizer.
44. The Organiser or Schedule shall have the right to cancel tickets that are found to have been obtained fraudulently or illegally, or by using an unauthorized means of payment, without prejudice to the statutory rights of the parties.
45. A ticket may not be transferred to another person if it is associated with a specific name, identity or age group, except with the approval of the Organiser.
46. The ticket holder must arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes prior to the show time to complete the check-in, inspection and seating procedures.
47. Neither the Organiser nor Schedul is responsible for delays caused by congestion, vehicle parking, checkpoints, or personal poor access planning.
48. The site administration has the right to delay the entry of latecomers until the technically appropriate time, or to refuse their entry if their entry will affect the show or attendance, without refunding the ticket value.
49. Exit and return to the Exhibition Site is not permitted unless expressly permitted by the Site Administration, and the Ticket does not guarantee re-entry after leaving the Gate.
50. The Ticket Holder shall be bound by the seat, area or category specified in his Ticket, and may not be transferred to another category or seat without the approval of the Organizing Team.
51. If seats are not numbered, priority will be given to the selection of seats according to first order entry, and the ticket does not guarantee a particular seat unless expressly stated.
52. The Organizer shall have the right to change the seat of the Ticket Holder to a similar or better seat when technical, operational or security necessity.
53. The angle of view may vary depending on the location of the seat, the nature of the stage, the decoration and the technical equipment, and the natural difference in the angle of view is not a reason for recovery.
54. Persons with disabilities or those requiring special access arrangements should contact the Organiser well in advance of purchase or in advance of the offering, and reasonable accommodations will be provided as per the available capabilities and site requirements.
55. The show may include loud sounds, changing lighting, visual effects, theatrical smoke or direct interaction with the audience, and the attendee is responsible for taking into account his/her health condition and personal sensitivity.
56. Children must be supervised by a parent or responsible companion for the duration of their time on site.
57. It is the responsibility of the parent to assess the appropriateness of the offer for the child, and to follow up on the child's behavior, safety and adherence to instructions.
58. Some age groups may require a separate ticket in accordance with the policy set out on the booking page, and free entry is not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
59. Children may not be left unattended, and the Organiser has the right to take appropriate action if a child is endangered or causes ongoing inconvenience to attendees.
60. All attendees must abide by the public morals and regulations and instructions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
61. Prohibits aggressive behavior, threats, harassment, verbal or physical abuse, disruption of the show, or disturbance of actors, staff, or attendees.
62. The Site Administration has the right to refuse entry or exit of any person who disrupts the system, behaves inappropriately, appears to be under the influence of a prohibited substance or endangers the safety of others, without refunding the ticket price.
63. The site management has the right to seek the assistance of the security or competent authorities in the event of a violation, threat, assault or suspicion of a crime.
64. Entry is subject to approved security, safety and inspection procedures, and refusal to comply with the inspection or instructions shall be sufficient grounds for refusing entry without refund.
65. It is forbidden to bring weapons, sharps, flammable materials, fireworks, lasers, dangerous or prohibited substances and any object that the Site Administration deems to be dangerous.
66. The site management has the right to prohibit large bags or request that certain items be deposited outside the hall, depending on the site policy and safety requirements.
67. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes are prohibited in areas not designated for this.
68. It is forbidden to bring food and beverages from outside the site if the instructions of the site administration do not allow it.
69. Mobile phones and electronic devices must be placed on silent mode for the duration of the show.
70. It is forbidden to film, record or broadcast the show in whole or in part by any means without the written permission of the Organiser.
71. It is forbidden to use professional cameras, recording equipment, live streaming, stands or auxiliary lighting without prior approval.
72. All intellectual rights relating to text, characters, music, designs, performances, recordings and promotional materials are reserved to their respective owners, and the purchase of the Ticket does not entail any right to copy or exploit them.
73. The Organiser has the right to demand the suspension or removal of any content filmed or posted in violation of these Terms, while reserving its right to take legal action.
74. Public areas of the event may be filmed for documentation or media coverage purposes, provided that the presence of filming is announced, data protection and privacy regulations are observed, and the necessary approvals are obtained when necessary.
75. Attendees must follow evacuation, emergency, security and safety instructions immediately, and do not obstruct exits, corridors or safety equipment.
76. The Ticket Holder shall be responsible for any decision made to participate or attend despite the presence of a health condition that may be affected by the nature of the Show, while the Organizer shall remain responsible for the safety requirements required by the Regulations.
77. Neither the Organiser nor Nedadul shall be liable for the loss, theft or damage of personal property within the Site, except in cases where direct liability is established that cannot be exempt by law.
78. Attendees are responsible for maintaining their belongings, children, devices and personal items throughout their time on site.
79. The Ticket does not include parking, transportation, food, beverages or any additional service unless expressly stated.
80. Neither the Organiser nor the Scheduler guarantees the availability of parking for vehicles or their proximity to the site, and does not bear any traffic violations, costs or delays related to parking or transportation.
81. The Ticket Holder shall bear the cost of any damage or loss caused by it intentionally or as a result of its negligence in the property of the Signatory, the Organizer or a third party, as proven by the competent authorities.
82. The Organizer is responsible for the preparation and execution of the Show, its artistic content, permits, team, location, attendance management, and security and safety requirements in accordance with the regulations.
83. Nujadul acts as a technical platform for booking, payment and ticketing, and is not considered a producer, performer or manager of the technical content of the show unless expressly stated otherwise.
84. Najadul is not responsible for the quality of the technical content, the performance of the actors, the preparation of the website, the program changes, the regulation of entry or the operational decisions made by the Organiser, while remaining responsible for its obligations relating to the booking and ticketing service.
85. The Regulator shall not be liable for failures that occur in the systems of banks, payment gateways, telecommunications companies or third-party service providers whenever they are beyond its control.
86. We do not guarantee that the platform will work uninterrupted at all times, and some services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or updating purposes or due to out-of-control malfunctions.
87. The temporary disruption in the presentation of the ticket does not affect the validity of the confirmed booking, and the customer should contact support or provide the order number or proof of purchase to process the entry.
88. In case of a repeat deduction or an incorrect transaction, the customer should contact Nadawl support and provide him with proof of the transaction for verification and processing.
89. A bank objection or a request for a refund through the bank does not create a right to a refund if the transaction is correct and the service is provided in accordance with these conditions.
90. Schedule has the right to suspend the disputed account or tickets when there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud or unauthorized use, until verification is complete.
91. To the extent permitted by regulations, neither the Organiser nor the Schedule shall be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunities, costs of travel, accommodation, transportation, parking or any personal arrangements associated with attendance.
92. To the extent permitted by regulations, the direct financial liability for any claim relating to the Ticket shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Ticket or Service in question.
93. The limits of liability do not apply to cases of fraud, willful infringement, gross error or any liability that may not be excluded or limited by the Regulations.
94. Each party is responsible for its legal acts and obligations, and these Terms do not exempt the Regulator or schedule from any obligation from which they may not be exempt by law.
95. The Ticket Holder shall be liable for damages or claims directly resulting from his breach of these Terms, misuse of the Ticket or his assault on persons or property, to the extent that he proves by law.
96. Buyer's data is collected and processed to the extent necessary to complete the reservation, pay, issue the ticket, send alerts, provide support, prevent fraud and fulfill legal obligations, in accordance with the approved privacy policy.
97. Data necessary may be shared with the Organiser, the payment gateway or the providers of messages and technical services to execute the booking, in accordance with the stated purposes and applicable regulations.
98. Acceptance of these Terms does not constitute automatic consent to the receipt of marketing communications that are not related to the reservation, and marketing communications are subject to the consents and choices set out in the Privacy Policy.
99. It is the Buyer's responsibility to update his/her contact details, and neither the Organiser nor we schedule the consequences of alerts not arriving due to incorrect data or message blocking.
100. Complaints and inquiries related to the reservation must be submitted through the approved support channels, with the order number, mobile number, proof of payment and a clear description of the issue.
101. Nedawil and the Organizer shall maintain records of booking, payment, entry and communication to the extent and duration required by law, and may be relied upon to verify transactions and disputes.
102. The failure of the Regulator to exercise or schedule any right in a particular case shall not be a permanent waiver of that right.
103. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the extent permitted by law.
104. In the event that these Terms conflict with a clearly published special condition for an additional Ticket or Service category, the Special Clause shall apply only to that category or Service.
105. The copy offered to the Buyer at the time of completion of the purchase transaction shall be the copy approved for the Buyer's transaction, and the Terms may be updated in the future without prejudice to the rights acquired prior to the update.
106. If the regulations or the instructions of the competent authorities require the amendment of a particular procedure after purchase, the amendment shall be applied to the extent necessary for regulatory compliance.
107. These Terms are written in Arabic, and the Arabic version shall prevail when it differs with any translation.
108. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities or committees shall have jurisdiction to consider any dispute arising out of them.
109. These Terms shall not prevent the Consumer from exercising any right prescribed for him under the Regulations and shall not be agreed to terminate it.
110. By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to these Terms, and that he has had the opportunity to review them before making payment.
