1. The purchase, receipt or use of the Ticket shall be deemed to be an express and final acceptance by the holder of these Terms and Conditions, and the announced regulatory and security instructions for the Event. 2. The Event is held under the responsibility of the Event Owner and Organizer named on the booking page, and the Najadul Platform serves as a technical and marketing platform for managing the display, sale and issuance of tickets, unless expressly stated by Najadul to assume additional organizational responsibilities. 3. Najadul is solely responsible for the services provided directly by you, and is not responsible for the content of the Artistic Program, the performance of the artists, the equipment of the Site, security, safety, hospitality, parking, or any services performed by the Event Owner or its suppliers and contractors. 4. The buyer must review the event name, date, time, location, ticket category, number of tickets, price, and all benefits before completing the payment process. 5. The ticket is issued electronically and is linked to a unique access code, and the code is only allowed once. The first successful scan of the ticket is considered at the entry gate. 6. The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the name, mobile number, email and any information provided at the time of booking, and neither Najwal nor the Event Owner are responsible for the consequences of entering incorrect or incomplete data. 7. The prices quoted are the approved commercial rates at the time of purchase, and the payment page shows taxes, surcharges and optional service charges before completing the transaction. 8. The booking is only completed after the payment has been successful and a message or notification confirming the booking has been issued. The reservation of a seat or table in the shopping cart is not a final confirmation before payment has been completed. 9. All ticket sales are final, and there is no possibility of cancellation, refund or replacement of the ticket based on change of mind, inability to attend, delay, mistake in category selection, or duplicate purchase, without prejudice to the mandatory rights established by the applicable regulations. 10. Event management services are exempt from the right to terminate the electronic contract within seven days in accordance with the legal controls in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, unless the event owner decides on a more flexible policy or requires otherwise. 11. A service may not be advertised or charged with a "Refund Guarantee" if it does not give the Buyer a clear right to a refund. The Service must be provided under the name of "Guarantee of Flexibility of Booking" or any other name that accurately describes its real benefits. 12. Booking Flexibility Guarantee is an optional service separate from the ticket, does not represent insurance or a cash refund of the ticket, and does not guarantee automatic acceptance of the order. 13. The booking flexibility guarantee fee is non-refundable after the service is activated, unless the system requires otherwise or the service cannot be provided at all due to the provider. 14. Ensuring the flexibility of the reservation allows the holder to submit a request to study one of the available alternatives, such as transferring the ticket to another person, issuing credit for later use, replacing the ticket with another event or date, or modifying the ticket category with payment of the price difference, according to the availability and after the approval of the schedule and the event owner. 15. The Buyer is not entitled to impose a specific alternative within the Guarantee of Flexibility of Booking, and the appropriate alternative will be determined after reviewing the order, the availability of seats or alternative events and the conditions announced at the time of purchase. 16. The application for the Flexibility Guarantee must be submitted within the period specified on the purchase page and before the deadline specified therein, and applications submitted after the end of that period or after the start of the event will not be accepted. 17. The applicant may be required to provide proof of identity, booking number and supporting documents. Providing incorrect information or forged documents will result in the rejection of the application and cancellation of the ticket without compensation, while retaining legal rights. 18. If the Event Owner cancels the Event in its entirety and does not set an alternative date, the Buyers' rights will be processed in accordance with the applicable regulations and the policy announced at the time of purchase, and any refund due by law shall be limited to the amounts that must be refunded by law. 19. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the ticket will remain valid for the new date automatically. Appropriate alternatives may be provided in accordance with the stated policy, and an automatic right to cashback will arise only if required by law. 20. The Event Owner may modify the schedule of performances, the order of artists, DJs, paragraph times or operating areas for technical, operational or security reasons, and changing the order of the paragraphs or replacing one of the participants shall not be considered a cancellation of the Event while the main program continues. 21. If the purchase of a Ticket is explicitly and directly related to a specific artist's participation, the processing of the cancellation of the Ticket shall be determined in accordance with the Ticket Description, the policy announced at the time of purchase, and the applicable regulations. 22. The Ticket Holder is obliged to arrive at the announced time, and it is recommended to arrive early to complete the inspection and entry procedures. Neither the Scheduler nor the Event Holder guarantees late entry after the gates close or the designated area reaches its operational capacity. 23. The original ticket and official ID must be presented upon request, and entry may be refused if the data cannot be matched or the ticket is suspected of being copied, forged or resold in an unauthorized manner. 24. Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes, at prices that are contrary to the regulations, or through unapproved channels. Any ticket that is proven to have been sold or traded fraudulently may be cancelled without compensation. 25. The categories of women, youth, cable and any designated categories are subject to the eligibility conditions set out at the time of purchase, and proof of the applicable category to the ticket holder may be requested at the entry gate. 26. If the Cable Ticket is for two persons, they must be entered together unless otherwise permitted by the Operational Instructions. The Ticket may not be split or used for two separate entries except with prior approval. 27. VIP ticket or table for four persons is granted entry for the specified number only, and guests exceeding the table capacity are not allowed without purchasing additional tickets and with the approval of the event owner. 28. Locations of VIP tables, seating and areas near the Stage are subject to the Operational Plan and security and safety requirements. Limited modifications to the location or viewing angle may be made when necessary without materially prejudice to the Category Features. 29. The benefits of each category include the services expressly mentioned on the booking page only. Images or promotional materials are not a guarantee of a seat, table, product or service not included in the ticket description. 30. Buffet, beverage and table catering services are provided within the stated times, quantities and operational policies. The visitor must disclose food allergies to the service provider, with the understanding that the catering environment may contain various allergens. 31. VIP parking is subject to availability, capacity and instructions of the site team, and a separate vehicle permit may be required. The ticket does not guarantee parking at a specific location unless expressly stated. 32. Neither the schedule nor the event owner is responsible for delays caused by traffic congestion, parking full, road closures, or visitor's violation of arrival instructions, and it is recommended to follow the routes and instructions sent prior to the event. 33. All visitors are subject to inspection and safety procedures, and the entry of dangerous or prohibited items, weapons, sharps, irregular substances or any items deemed by the security team to endanger the safety of attendees may be prevented. 34. The owner of the event or the site management has the right to refuse entry or exit of any person who causes nuisance, endangers others, violates regulations and instructions, or offends the staff or attendees, without refunding the ticket value. 35. The visitor shall abide by all security and health instructions, crowd management guidelines and emergency exits, and shall be liable for any damages resulting from his/her violation, negligence or deliberate conduct. 36. The guardian or companion shall bear full responsibility for the minor accompanying him/her, and the announced age restrictions shall apply for the event. Those who do not meet the age requirement may be refused entry without a refund. 37. The Ticket Holder shall be responsible for his/her personal property, and neither the Ticket Holder nor the Event Holder shall be liable for loss, theft or damage except to the extent determined by the Regulations. 38. The event may include strong sound and light effects, intermittent lighting, and high crowd density. Those who have a health condition that may be affected by these factors should take appropriate precautions and seek medical advice if needed. 39. The Event may be filmed and recorded for documentation, marketing and media coverage purposes. By accessing the Site, the visitor agrees that he or she may appear casually in the public footage, subject to privacy and data protection regulations. 40. Visitors may not conduct professional photography, commercial broadcasting, or use of drones or specialized photography equipment without obtaining written approval from the event owner and the competent authorities. 41. Personal data is collected and processed for booking completion, ticketing, login verification, customer service, fraud prevention, and implementation of legal obligations, in accordance with the published Privacy Policy and relevant Saudi regulations. 42. The Buyer's data shall not be used in marketing messages except in accordance with the available consents and options, and the Buyer may request that the marketing messages be discontinued while the necessary messages related to the reservation and effectiveness remain. 43. Neither Naqwaal nor the Event Owner shall be liable for service disruptions caused by causes beyond reasonable control, including interruptions in communications, payment systems, electricity, government decisions, weather conditions or force majeure situations. 44. In cases of force majeure or security, health or air conditions, the event may be postponed, moved or modified for the safety of the attendees, and tickets will be processed in accordance with the announced regulations and policy and available alternatives. 45. Neither party shall be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunities or personal expenses, such as travel, accommodation or transportation costs, except to the extent required by law. 46. These Terms do not include any exemption from liability for fraud, serious error or injury resulting from an act for which the System determines to be responsible, nor do they limit any mandatory right that may not be agreed to be waived. 47. Notices related to the change of appointment, location or access instructions shall be sent to the contact details recorded at the time of purchase, and the Buyer shall be responsible for following up on them and updating their details when required. 48. Objections and support requests must be directed through the approved customer service channels, with the booking number, buyer details and the order description attached. Requests will be reviewed within a reasonable period of time, depending on their nature. 49. The Buyer shall not submit a financial objection or refund request through the Bank before contacting Customer Service and giving it a reasonable opportunity to verify the transaction, without affecting the statutory rights of the consumer. 50. Cancel and the event holder have the right to reject fraudulent requests, suspend suspicious accounts, cancel tickets associated with unauthorized payments, and take the necessary legal action. 51. These Terms may be updated prior to the purchase of the Ticket, and the copy shown and accepted at the time of completion of the purchase shall be the copy applicable to the Booking. No material retroactive modification may be made to prejudice the Buyer's statutory rights. 52. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the other provisions, and the provision shall be construed to the extent closest to its legitimate purpose. 53. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and disputes shall be resolved amicably first, and then when settlement is not possible, shall be referred to the judicial or competent authority within the Kingdom. 54. The cancellation and refund policy and ensuring the flexibility of the booking must be clearly displayed before payment, included on the booking and ticket page, and made available in Arabic and English. 55. By completing the purchase, the Buyer acknowledges that he has read, understood and agreed to the description, benefits, fees, non-refund policy and guarantee the flexibility of the reservation before committing to pay.
