Acceptance of Terms By purchasing a ticket, you automatically agree to all the following terms and conditions. Ticket Purchase The ticket price includes applicable taxes. Refund Policy Refunds are only allowed in exceptional cases determined by the organizer. Trip Modification or Cancellation The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the trip schedule due to weather conditions or safety concerns. In case of cancellation, passengers will be notified, and the refund policy will apply. Entry Requirements All passengers must present a valid ID and proof of ticket purchase before boarding. Age restrictions must be observed as specified for each trip type. Code of Conduct Passengers must maintain proper behavior and follow the crew’s instructions at all times. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the trip without a refund. Dress Code Transparent or inappropriate clothing is strictly prohibited. Passengers must dress modestly and appropriately for family-friendly trips. Prohibited Items The possession or use of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal or hazardous substances on board is strictly forbidden. The crew reserves the right to deny boarding to anyone suspected of carrying prohibited items. Safety and Security The security team reserves the right to conduct routine inspections to ensure passenger and equipment safety. All passengers must wear life jackets when instructed and follow safety guidelines at all times. Jumping off the boat or swimming in non-designated areas is prohibited. Weather Conditions Departure or return times may be adjusted due to weather conditions for the safety of all passengers. Food and Beverages Passengers may bring their own food and drinks but must maintain cleanliness and avoid littering in the sea. Pets Pets are not allowed on board or at the docking area. Personal Belongings Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. The organizer is not liable for any lost items. Prohibition of Misconduct Verbal or physical abuse toward crew members or other passengers is strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to terminate the trip immediately in case of misconduct.
