Entry and Tickets • Entry requires presenting a valid electronic ticket issued through Njadwil or other authorized channels. • Tickets are valid only for the specified date and are non-refundable after entry. • The management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any visitor who violates site regulations or disturbs others. 2. General Conduct and Safety • All visitors must adhere to public etiquette and follow safety instructions within the venue. • Smoking is prohibited in closed areas and children’s zones. • Visitors are fully responsible for their personal safety and belongings during their visit. 3. Games and Activities • Visitors must follow the instructions of supervisors when participating in activities such as zipline, karting, and boating. • Some activities may require prior booking or have specific age and health restrictions. • Children are not allowed in areas designated for adult games for safety reasons. 4. Cabins and Private Areas • Cabins and traditional tents must be reserved in advance via the platform, and guests must respect check-in and check-out times. • Barbecuing or lighting fires is only allowed in designated areas. • The management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in case of weather conditions or emergencies. 5. Theater and Events • Shows and performances are subject to change; schedules are announced through official channels. • Commercial or media photography is not allowed without prior written approval from the management. 6. Food, Beverages, and Shopping • Restaurants and kiosks operate during designated hours announced on-site. • All prices include VAT. The management is not responsible for transactions conducted outside official sales points. 7. Privacy and Intellectual Property • By entering the venue, visitors agree that they may appear in photos or videos used for promotional or media purposes. • All logos, trademarks, and content within the venue are the property of Jisr Al-Lawziyah and may not be used without permission. 8. General Provisions • The management reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. • Entry to Jisr Al-Lawziyah constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions listed above.
