Terms and Conditions

1. These terms apply to the booking, purchase, and use of tickets for “The Culture of Incense and Roses in Oman” and shall be read together with the ticket details, Njadwil’s platform terms available at https://njadwil.sa/ar/terms, and the policies displayed at the time of purchase. Completing a booking after reviewing these terms constitutes acceptance of them, without prejudice to any rights established under applicable laws. 2. The Organizer is the entity identified on the event page and is responsible for organizing and delivering the screening, managing the venue, and obtaining the necessary permits and rights. Njadwil provides booking, ticket issuance, and related technical services. Each party is responsible for the activities and obligations falling within its actual and legal scope of responsibility. 3. The event will take place at Cinema House on Tuesday, 27 October 2026. The first screening begins at 7:30 PM and ends at 8:15 PM, and the second screening begins at 9:15 PM and ends at 10:00 PM, according to the venue’s local time. 4. Each ticket entitles its holder to attend one screening only, at the time and in the cinema hall specified in the booking. It does not include attendance at both screenings, movement between cinema halls, or additional services unless expressly stated in the ticket description. 5. Twenty tickets will be available for sale for each cinema hall at each screening, totaling 60 tickets per screening and 120 tickets across both screenings. Booking confirmation is subject to ticket availability. Starting registration or adding a ticket to the shopping cart does not guarantee a seat before the booking is completed. 6. A general invitation, invitation message, or registration link does not constitute admission authorization or guarantee seat availability. Attendance requires a confirmed, valid ticket, including tickets issued through approved invitations. 7. The Purchaser must review the date, screening time, location, cinema hall, number of tickets, attendee details, and total amount before payment. A personal selection error does not create an additional contractual right to amend the booking or obtain a refund, without prejudice to the Purchaser’s statutory rights. 8. The advertised ticket price is 30 riyals. The currency, taxes, administrative fees, and additional services, if any, will be disclosed in the order summary before payment is confirmed. The total amount disclosed and accepted at purchase shall apply, and no undisclosed mandatory fees shall be added after the transaction is completed. 9. Optional additional services are separate from the admission ticket and are included in the booking only when selected and their prices and terms are accepted. Purchasing an additional service is not a condition of attendance unless it forms a disclosed part of the ticket category itself. 10. The Purchaser is responsible for providing accurate contact information and using an authorized payment method. Tickets and notifications will be sent to the registered contact details. Support must be contacted if an error is discovered that could affect receipt or use of the booking. 11. A booking is confirmed when the order confirmation and valid ticket are issued. If an amount is debited without a ticket appearing, the Purchaser must contact Njadwil Support for verification before repeating payment. Amounts debited in error or without a confirmed booking will be handled according to the verification findings and applicable laws. 12. The electronic ticket and admission code must be clearly presented upon arrival. The booking number or appropriate information may be requested when necessary to verify entitlement to admission, while respecting privacy and avoiding the collection of data beyond what is necessary for that purpose. 13. Each ticket admits one person to the booked screening unless otherwise stated. Copying, reusing, or sharing a ticket code to admit more than one person is prohibited. Repeated or disputed use will be reviewed using booking and validation records and the available evidence. 14. The Ticket Holder must keep the admission code confidential and must not publish it or send it to untrusted parties. The Ticket Holder is responsible for misuse resulting from their conduct to the extent caused by that conduct, without relieving any party of responsibility for a fault or data breach attributable to it. 15. Tickets may not be resold commercially or used in competitions or promotional campaigns without the Organizer’s approval. Ticket transfers, where available, must take place through Njadwil’s approved process and in accordance with the terms of the relevant ticket category. 16. Attendees are advised to arrive sufficiently early to complete admission procedures. Late entry may be delayed until a suitable time or may not be possible where required for the orderly conduct of the screening or attendee safety. Such procedures must be applied reasonably and without arbitrariness. 17. Failure to attend, late arrival, or early departure for personal reasons does not create a contractual right to a full or partial ticket refund or attendance at an alternative screening, provided that the service was made available in accordance with the booking, unless another right arises under applicable law or a purchased optional service. 18. Attendees must use the cinema hall and seat specified on their tickets, where seating is numbered. If seats are not assigned in advance, seating will be managed by the reception team within the booked cinema hall, and the booking does not guarantee a particular seat. 19. Re-entry after leaving the cinema hall is subject to admission management and verification procedures. A ticket may not be used to admit another person. An attendee’s departure does not entitle them to an extension of the screening or a replay of any missed portion. 20. Age classification requirements, accompanying adult requirements disclosed before purchase, and relevant legal requirements apply. The suitability of the screening for the attendee must be checked before booking. New discretionary restrictions shall not be imposed retroactively in a manner that undermines rights attached to confirmed bookings. 21. Attendees must follow safety and evacuation instructions, respect staff and other visitors, protect the facilities, and keep aisles and emergency exits clear. Mobile phones must be set to silent, and attendees must refrain from conduct that compromises the safety or comfort of others during the screening. 22. Bringing dangerous or legally prohibited items into the venue is prohibited. Food, beverages, and equipment are subject to the venue’s published rules. Security checks may be conducted within the limits permitted by law. 23. Admission may be refused, or an attendee may be removed, if they commit a material breach, pose a danger, or cause persistent disruption after being warned where practicable. The action must be justified and proportionate. Lawful removal resulting from an attendee’s misconduct does not automatically create a right to a refund, subject to applicable laws and the circumstances of the case. 24. Filming, recording, broadcasting, or republishing any part of the film without authorization from the rights holder is prohibited. Purchasing a ticket does not grant any license to exploit, copy, or commercially use the content. 25. Confirmed tickets are generally non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable solely because of a change of mind, changes to personal plans, or the selection of an unsuitable time. This applies to the extent permitted by law, except where a statutory refund right applies or benefits are provided under a purchased optional service. 26. Administrative fees and fees for optional additional services are non-refundable once the associated service has been performed or activated, according to its nature and the terms disclosed before purchase. Approval of a ticket refund does not, by itself, entitle the Purchaser to a refund of these fees, except where their refund is legally required. 27. Where a contractual or discretionary refund of the ticket price is approved, the refund is limited to the ticket price actually paid after discounts. It excludes administrative fees, payment gateway fees, Refund Guarantee fees, reminder fees, and fees for other optional services, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and the terms of the purchased service. 28. The non-refundable fee policy does not apply to amounts collected in error, duplicate charges, or a service that was not performed and for which no valid entitlement to payment arose. It does not prevent remedies for a failure to provide a service or the return of an amount that must legally be refunded. Entitlement to retain a fee is determined by its nature, the corresponding service, and the reason for the refund request. 29. If the “Refund Guarantee” service is available and the Purchaser selects it and pays its fee, it applies only to the covered ticket under the terms displayed at the time of purchase. Purchasing the guarantee does not mean that every request will automatically be approved. Submitting a request or receiving approval for a ticket refund does not, by itself, entitle the holder to a refund of the guarantee fee, subject to applicable statutory exceptions. 30. Requests under the Refund Guarantee must be submitted at least 24 hours before the booked screening, in accordance with the service terms in effect at the time of purchase. The guarantee cannot be added retroactively after the booking is completed. The eligibility of used or validated tickets and other exclusions is governed by the published guarantee terms. 31. These terms do not exclude any statutory right to cancel or obtain a refund where that right applies to the booking and its requirements are satisfied. Ticket issuance or acceptance of these terms alone does not constitute a waiver of that right or evidence that the screening has actually been attended or enjoyed. 32. If the Organizer cancels the screening and does not provide it, the refundable ticket price will be returned. Administrative fees and additional service fees will be handled in accordance with the preceding provisions, the nature of the services already performed, and statutory rights. The Purchaser may not be required to accept credit, a voucher, or an alternative date in place of a legally required monetary refund. 33. If the screening date, time, or location changes materially in a way that affects the use of the booking, the Purchaser will be notified of the change and the available options. Their rights to accept an alternative or request cancellation and a refund, where entitled, will be preserved. Failure to respond alone does not constitute a waiver of those rights. 34. Limited operational changes may be made, such as moving attendees to an equivalent cinema hall within the same venue, provided that they do not diminish the essential service or ticket benefits. If a change results in a material reduction in the service, the matter will be addressed in accordance with the Purchaser’s statutory rights. 35. If the screening is interrupted by a technical fault, reasonable measures will be taken to resume it. If it cannot be completed or a substantial part of the service cannot be provided, the matter will be addressed according to the extent of the service delivered and applicable legal obligations. The fact that the screening has started is not, by itself, sufficient grounds to reject all claims. 36. If force majeure occurs or a competent authority issues a decision preventing the screening from taking place, the applicable procedures and available options will be announced as soon as reasonably possible. The financial consequences will be determined by applicable laws and the circumstances. Force majeure does not automatically create a right to retain all amounts paid for services that were not provided. 37. Refunds due will be returned to the original payment method where possible, or through another agreed method after verifying the rightful recipient. The Njadwil wallet may be used with the Purchaser’s consent where such consent is required, subject to statutory time limits and keeping the Purchaser informed of the processing status. 38. The ticket does not include travel, accommodation, transportation, or other personal arrangements made by the attendee outside the booking. A change or cancellation does not automatically create an obligation to reimburse such expenses, without prejudice to any compensation established as legally due. 39. A fault involving a payment provider, bank, or communications network does not automatically relieve the Organizer or Njadwil of their obligations. Responsibility will be determined by the cause of the fault and the scope of the relevant obligation, with cooperation in correcting errors and verifying tickets and payments. 40. Attendees must take care of their personal belongings and report loss or damage promptly upon discovery. Neither the Organizer nor Njadwil acts as a custodian of belongings unless it accepts them for that purpose, without excluding any liability established by law for negligence or a wrongful act. 41. Booking data will be processed for ticket issuance, attendance management, support, event-related communications, and compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Acceptance of the booking does not constitute unrestricted permission to use data for marketing or share it beyond lawful purposes and legal grounds. 42. If attendees will be photographed or filmed for event documentation, this activity and its purposes must be disclosed, and applicable legal requirements must be followed. Purchasing a ticket alone does not constitute unrestricted consent to use an attendee’s image or voice in advertising. 43. Enquiries and requests for assistance must be submitted through Njadwil’s official support channels or the contact methods listed on the event page, together with the order number and a description of the issue. The Purchaser will not be asked to provide their card PIN or banking verification code. 44. The Purchaser retains the right to submit a complaint to the competent authority or raise a legitimate payment dispute. The same amount may not be refunded twice. Any duplicate refund will be reconciled after verification, without affecting the right to dispute a payment. 45. These terms shall not be interpreted as excluding liability for fraud, gross negligence, wrongful acts, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded. Each party remains responsible for any liability established against it under applicable laws and the facts of the case. 46. The terms displayed and accepted when the booking is completed shall apply. Subsequent amendments that diminish the Purchaser’s rights shall not apply retroactively. Necessary operational instructions or changes required by law will be communicated to affected persons through appropriate channels. 47. If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal rule, that rule shall prevail, and the remaining provisions shall remain effective to the extent possible. Disputes shall fall within the jurisdiction of the legally competent authorities, without restricting the consumer’s right to seek recourse through them.
