The organizers reserve the right to deny entry or remove any attendee who violates the rules or acts in a way that harms the reputation of the event. 3. Media Coverage & Intellectual Property By attending the event, guests consent to being photographed, recorded (audio/video), and having such material used for the event’s media coverage and marketing purposes. All trademarks, logos, and content presented during the event are the intellectual property of their respective owners. 4. Changes & Cancellation The organizers reserve the right to change the date, venue, or schedule of the event if necessary, with official communication provided to invitees. In case of event cancellation by the organizers, all invitations will be considered void without any further obligations on the organizers. 5. Limitation of Liability The organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings of attendees. Attendees are solely responsible for their own travel, accommodation, and personal arrangements, unless otherwise stated in the official invitation. 6. Acceptance of Terms Attendance at the event constitutes full and binding acceptance of all terms and conditions stated above.
