General Admission * Entry to Jabra Event requires a valid ticket. * Tickets must be presented at the entrance (digital or printed). * Management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone violating event rules. 2. Ticket Policy * Tickets are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation by the organizer. * Tickets purchased for the Games Avenue partnership are redeemable for games inside the venue only. * The ticket redemption value cannot be exchanged for cash. * Lost or duplicated tickets will not be replaced. 3. Games Avenue Partnership * The ticket fee allocated for Games Avenue is redeemable for the following activities: * Bowling * Tennis * Billiards * PlayStation * Hockey * Boxing * Game usage is subject to availability and venue capacity. * Time limits may apply per activity. * Additional charges may apply if gameplay exceeds the redeemed value. 4. Event Conduct * Visitors must respect public decency and Ramadan cultural values. * Any disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund. * Smoking is only permitted in designated areas (if applicable). 5. Safety & Liability * Attendees participate in games and activities at their own responsibility. * The organizer is not liable for personal injury resulting from misuse of facilities. * The organizer is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings. 6. Food & Shopping Area * External food and beverages are not permitted unless otherwise stated. * Vendors inside the event operate independently; the organizer is not responsible for individual vendor transactions. 7. Force Majeure * The organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond control (weather, government regulations, safety reasons). 8. Photography & Media * By attending the event, visitors consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
