1. Entry to the Event All visitors must comply with the rules and regulations governing the event. The management reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who violates these rules or causes disturbance or harm to others. 2. Compliance with Public Decency All attendees must adhere to public decency standards and the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and show respect to other visitors and exhibitors. 3. Personal Belongings The event management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings within the event premises. 4. Photography and Recording The event may be photographed or recorded for media and marketing purposes. By attending, visitors grant implied consent to the use of any images or footage in which they may appear. 5. Organization and Safety Visitors must follow all safety and security instructions within the venue, including emergency exits and posted guidelines. 6. Participation in Activities Some activities or experiences within the exhibition may require registration or adherence to specific conditions. Participation is at the visitor’s own responsibility. 7. Exhibitor Responsibility All products and services displayed are the responsibility of the exhibitors. The event management holds no direct liability regarding them. 8. Changes and Adjustments The event management reserves the right to modify, add, or cancel any of the terms or aspects of the event as deemed necessary. 9. Prohibited Conduct Any aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to take necessary action, including removal from the event. 10. Force Majeure The event management shall not be held liable for any cancellation or postponement due to circumstances beyond its control.
